It did arrive on that day,thankfully. There is a shelve missing from oven so again contacted customer service. They sorted it out and I am awaiting the shelve.”

Worst customer service I have ever received!
Bought a "refurbished" laptop that had fans the sounded like jet engines when just browsing with chrome.
After first restart it corrupted windows and never booted again.
I returned immediately.
They received the return over two weeks ago now and still no refund.
Customer service are worse than useless and can't tell me anything other than "it's waiting to be checked".
If it takes this long then you need to hire more staff.
Completely useless. Would never use them or any of their other companies under the buy it direct Ltd banner.
