Now waiting almost 2 months for refund have this launched legal proceedings. Totally disorganized company - too many staff performing similar jobs with lack of centralisation. Staff seem to have zero accountability or be aware of correct proceedings and their legal obligations. Inadequate computer systems result in poor stock control and lack of centralisation of client dossiers. Company is growing so fast and has such high staff turnover that staff are inadequately trained. If you have a problem it gets churned around interminably and spat out with zero resolution or accountability on behalf of staff. BEWARE!”
“First if all the item I bought was in good order accept for a slight bend on one of the corners of the extractor chimney but it was ok. I was told 2/3 days for delivery and it was delivered late 6 days late, not really a problem accept that when I contacted customer service several times after the failed delivery I was told be different agents different times and dates every time. I took time off work to be there for the delivery so did my wife. Being a sensible person I put the blame on the delivery service which is notorious for bad deliveries. Apart from the disgraceful delivery problems I would still go back to "buy it direct". There customer service is not professional and they don't sing off the same note but the product is good and the prices are remarkable.”

“We told them we need a drone ASAP for delivery to the Ukrainian army.They said they had the one we want in stock and could deliver it in 2 days, "3 at the latest". It turned out they did not have it, did not even have a warehouse, just passed orders to another company. When they had our money, only then did they tell us it would take 2 weeks to arrive. So we cancelled. Refund will take 5 days. No apology. They lied, took our money and will keep it as long as they possibly can. Don't trust them.”

“Bought a BBQ at start December promising pre Christmas delivery. Got an email mid December saying dispatched and would be delivered on 20th December. Waited in all day and nothing arrived. New email 19th December saying delivery "within 6 days" but sadly did not arrive. Got a call 3rd January 10 minutes before they were to deliver but I was not home and could not get home in 10 mins. Had to call someone to get to my house to take the delivery. I would not have been upset if they said they would deliver later and kept their word but it was all the misleading messages drove me cookoo and then 10 minutes notice. I hope what's in the boxes is better than the experience with delivery.”

Delivery took about 5 days,packaging was in perfect condition.
Unboxed all parts,set it up and everything worked perfectly fine.
Unfortunately four months later the the monitor developed a fault.It would switch itself off immediately after I turned it on.
I contacted customer service and got an immediate response.I was asked to send a short video of the problem by an engineer.3-4 days after sending the video I was dispatched a replacement monitor.
Everything was handled as you would expect so I would have no problem making another purchase from buyitdirect.ie”
