“Buying a baby pram was a real eye opener for me and I took my time, read reviews online and eventually went into a retailer in Dublin, tried out a few different ones, looked at car seats etc. I had expected to just walk out with what I needed but turns out you give your due date, an order is placed and you wait - in my case for 3 months. After a follow up call to confirm my delivery date I waited. This was with Tony Kealys in Dublin and on my order delivery date I called to find out what the tracking number was as they'd never emailed me after my first follow up call. At this point I discovered they had totally lost my order and it was never placed. I left messages, had promises made that they would call me back - they never did.
In a panic I found Bygge Bo online. Was chatting with support staff late into the evening (9.30pm) and early the next morning a staff member went physically into the warehouse to tell me what they had in stock. Our baby at this point was 7 days out and with all other retailers giving me a 4 to 6 week leadtime this was not an option, Bygge Bo had my car seat in my hands within 20 hours - the rest of the order split over the next few days.
For any new parents who may not know - you are required to have a car seat before the hospital will let you go home with your baby. The team at Bygge Bo went above and beyond. It's rare to see such great service and I would highly recommend them. A special thank you to Nicola from support who made my life so easy.

I had to call back to get the credit sorted (I waited a day to receive the call) I ended up purchasing a new chair also with you (I really need it) and it has been a week and I have yet not received it.”
“My experience with Bygge Bo is not so great, unfortunatelly. When I made an order, there was no mention of possible delivery delays. First part of my order was delivered after 4 weeks, but I had to wait for the rest to come for another 4-5 weeks. My due date was approaching and I had to contact Support Team to check the status of my delivery (the car seat was the issue as it is mandatory when leaving the hospital with a newborn). I was told that it won’t be delivered before September and they offered me a car seat on loan, which I accepted. But, never got that car seat, so had to loan some from my friend. The car seat was finally delivered last week. I don’t have plans to make any purchase from this store again. Thank you.”
“A lovely instore experience in Byggebo at the Beacon South Quarter recently . Looking for a gift for a newborn I spotted this shop and went online as it was late evening and closed . I found a lovely selection online and visited the shop the next day not to be disappointed . There is a wide, unique selection of baby, infant and early year essentials from prams to furniture, clothes, toys and other beautifully crafted pieces all in calming muted tones . The staff are enthusiastic, helpful and friendly . An item I spotted online was unavailable but was accessed from the warehouse overnight for collection the next morning .
Highly recommend this store to anyone buying for a baby or young child.”
