“I recently ordered my second Tripp Trapp from ByggeBo.
I ordered the first one in April for my own daughter and received the wrong colour chair.
I decided to give ByggeBo a second go and ordered a second Tripp Trapp as a gift for my nephew. My order was placed on 28th of September and wasn't fully filled until the 9th of November.
Both times I found the customer service to be a bit lacking - with my most recent order I was assured on a number of occasions that the remaining items in my order would ship within a few days only for them not to show up, with no follow up from ByggeBo until the next contact promising delivery would be made.”

I never received any notification from byggebo or dpd for either delivery and was not at home to receive them. “Buying a baby pram was a real eye opener for me and I took my time, read reviews online and eventually went into a retailer in Dublin, tried out a few different ones, looked at car seats etc. I had expected to just walk out with what I needed but turns out you give your due date, an order is placed and you wait - in my case for 3 months. After a follow up call to confirm my delivery date I waited. This was with Tony Kealys in Dublin and on my order delivery date I called to find out what the tracking number was as they'd never emailed me after my first follow up call. At this point I discovered they had totally lost my order and it was never placed. I left messages, had promises made that they would call me back - they never did.
In a panic I found Bygge Bo online. Was chatting with support staff late into the evening (9.30pm) and early the next morning a staff member went physically into the warehouse to tell me what they had in stock. Our baby at this point was 7 days out and with all other retailers giving me a 4 to 6 week leadtime this was not an option, Bygge Bo had my car seat in my hands within 20 hours - the rest of the order split over the next few days.
For any new parents who may not know - you are required to have a car seat before the hospital will let you go home with your baby. The team at Bygge Bo went above and beyond. It's rare to see such great service and I would highly recommend them. A special thank you to Nicola from support who made my life so easy.
