“Super easy to order and delivery lightning fast. Unfortunately product did not meet requirements (a little more info on the site would probably help) however, return accepted and refund paid immediately.”

“Constructive comments,would have been nice if the"Tracking number" had been posted it was only made available to me after I contacted Customer Services, by this time the parcel was already out for delivery from the Carlisle Depot. Customer Services give me the Info very quickly. Efficient customer service and good all round performance spoilt by none entry of tracking number. Would I order from Calomet again,definitely yes.”

“Love shopping at Calumet,Drummond Street because it has parking and is outside congestion zone. Has wide range of excellent products. Senior staff know products well but I guess that's down to experience and familiarity. Was taken aback when I asked about a Cokin adaptor ring and salesman didn't know what I was talking about! Once did a day course which was worthwhile experience and well priced.”

“Calumet run an excellent price match scheme so if you can find the same item online in the UK with the item in stock for a cheaper price then you can have the item at that price.”

“Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Questions were answered without pushing to buy. Prices are in general quite competitive even with online prices. Where they are not it is worth buying from a reputable retailer where advice and support is available, this is worth a fews pounds extra.”

“Purchased a heavy duty backdrop support system and a flash soft box, the staff were very helpful, I had not been to the store for a few months and liked the new layout. It was helpful that I could park outside in the car park as I also purchased a large roll of background paper and I needed to attach this to my roof rack.”

“Recently I've been in contact with Calumet twice. I ordered a backdrop paper online which was an easy and straight forward customer experience. I also did en enquiry about trading old equipment to new. Firstly the information regarding trading was a bit hard to find, and had to go trough few pages before landing in to the right page. I got the estimate relatively quick, in around 1-2 days, and it was very informative, though it was a bit cold and not very welcoming. To sum up, everything worked as expected, but the reply for my email could have been quicker and more inviting for doing a big purchase at the store.”

“I was very pleased with the quick delivery of a camera SD card for my old camera. I discovered only just a few days before a holiday that I could no longer buy these in a shop. I do however have one quite major criticism. Why did a small SD memory card that would have fitted easily in a small sized padded envelope have to be sent in a cardboard box far bigger than the item. That means 1) someone had to be here to receive the item and 2) more paper/cardboard was used that need be and probably higher postage.”
