“I called to order a new Fuji XPro2 for my company Radway Commercial Photography. The advisor I spoke to was great. The camera body wasn't in stock, so it was placed on back order. The camera arrived sooner than expected. The gent I spoke to was very professional, and clearly interested in supporting his client needs. Good job. I'm still waiting for the Fuji grip for the camera, but I'm sure that'll arrive soon. I'm hoping for consistently good service - which can be something of a novelty these days.”

“Good product. Same price as everyone else. Product was dispatched for free next day delivery as promised but unfortunately ended up locked in my company post room over Easter rather than being delivered to my office. I'm sure it says more about my employer's delivery policy than that of Calumet.”

“My Canon 24-105 lens has been fixed, I'm thrilled with it. I have missed it so much, Calumet fixed it for me. I tested it out at my 9 year old's graduation today, at Hope University! Superb results. Calumet sent it free delivery because I waited a while for it. I would have given 5 stars, but I've been waiting since November for a phone call. I decided to phone them and it was sent the day after! It had been sitting on the "ready shelf". I've used Calumet for years and will continue to do so. I kept forgetting to ring them up, so that's obviously added to the delay. Can't wait to pay them a visit and buy my new studio equipment from them. They will guide me in the right direction!”

“Ordering experience was fine, though a small hold up as they needed to check my address for fraud purposes, which was easily resolved. Slightly puzzling delivery experience as one company kept trying to deliver the package (camera bag, as it turned out) before the date I'd agreed with Calumnet, then the the actual package (camera) arrived as agreed. Well packed arrived safely in good time.”

“As an optical viewfinder, the only drawback is the non exact correspondence between the vviewfinder and the final frame. But, with few practice shots, you gets the point. And on very sunny days, it is a great help to frame.”

“I had problems with online order, then a problem with delivery because FedEx had an issue with delivering but was happy with the customer service and had my next day delivery refunded. If it wasn't for a great experience in the Bristol store and great product quality, I'm not sure if I would order online again in the future after the hassle.”

“Staff at Calumet are expert, and patient with beginners like myself. The photographer who assisted me in choosing a prime lense for my fuji CSC offered unbiased and helpful advice. Refreshingly, I was not subject to any 'sales pitch', instead, I was offered free reign to try anything in store. The chap who served me even cleaned half of my kit!”

“Ordered from the website - an easy process and the equipment arrived the next day. Unfortunately I wasn't in but a neighbour took it in for me. It would have been nice to know it had been delivered & where it had been delivered to as no card was left, or email sent confirming the delivery. It wasn't until I saw my elderly neighbour the next day that I was aware of the delivery! Not Calumet's fault I'm sure as the responsibility for this would be with the courier company.”

“I find a lot of own brand products to be poor quality, so i was reluctant to buy a tent cube by Calumet, I was impressed with the tent cube as soon as i got it out of the packaging and started to use it and it continues to impress.”
