“Took camera for an insurance estimate. When I got home I realised I had not taken pictures to show damage as requested by insurance company Rang Calumet and asked if they could take some shots of camera. No problem, emailed them to me within the hour. Great service and friendly .staff”

“Ok ... are you sitting comfortably, let me begin. Many years ago I visited the Glasgow store and was very disappointed to find a bit of a closed shop, a boys club open only to friends of the salesmen / professional photographers. As an amateur with a limited budget this was not the place for me. I didn't go back. Recently i was "forced" to go back to see if I could get a knackered lens repaired (a bit of a punt on ebay). There are now only 2 photography shop in Glasgow and the other one couldn't help. What a change. I still don't have a huge budget but the guy I spoke to was great, knew exactly where i was coming from ...sent the lens back to Sigma, they fully restored it within a couple of week and I didn't feel robbed when I got it back. I have since bought a few of things - a nikon flash bracket, a flask diffuser, a cable release and a quick release head for my monopod ... not exactly an 800mm Nikkor but the customer service has been great all the same. Thanks guys.”

“As a photographer that use films and analogue materials (I'm studying in the gsa) I'd like to find more analogue staff in stock that can compete with website's prices. It's amazing that in Glasgow there isn't a shop where we can buy films and paper at a good prices. Thank you”
