“Having had a long career in profession photography, I went to Calumet Photographic to select lighting equipment for a studio set up commission. I have been retired for some years now and was a little concerned about new technology,quality of equipment and imagery. I have nothing but praise for the the service, knowledge base and patience of the professional assistant who demonstrated the latest equipment & understood the degree of quality of final imagery. The results and my satisfaction are due to the high standards of Calumet . Thank you.”

“The order when it arrive was picked wrong. I had to call customer services to let them know. The customer service dept arranged for pick up of the incorrect product, and delivery of the correct item. So handled well and promptly, just a shame that the item was picked incorrectly in the first place. I train C/S people in many industries and this is not uncommon that warehouse pickers are not trained well enough and this of course then impacts on C/S. Had picker understood the product, not only was the code incorrect in was obviously incompatible”

“Always got time, very helpful and informative. recent 'academy' session a disaster as the presenter turned up 90 minutes late and as I had to leave on time I missed an hour of it. retails side of things, brilliant!”

“I HAVE RECENTLY PURCHASED A CANON PRINTER PRO 1 FROM CALUMET WHICH I THOUGHT I HAD PROBLEMS WITH, SPOKE TO SOMEONE AT CALUMET ABOUT IT AND THE HELP I HAD FROM THEM WAS SECOND TO NONE, AND NOT ONLY THAT THEY GAVE ME TIPS ON THINGS THAT I DIDNOT ASK FOR BUT WAS VERY USEFUL TO ME”

“Very happy with the service I received recently at the Birmingham store. Calumet made the purchase of a Nikon D800E a pleasant experience. I enjoy doing business with clients and suppliers, (especially an expensive purchase) on a personal level, bit of a chat, bit of banter, Calumet's sales staff didn't disappoint, they even threw in a coffee, whilst we did the deal. Little thing like that goes a long way with me. Will definately visit again, got a certain lens and a D4S in mind. Price has to be competitive, Calumet I find usually are.”

“After waiting patiently for over an hour for the video specialist to return from lunch he managed to serve three other people, all whom had arrived after me, before eventually serving me. However his advice was relatively good and I am happy with the equipment sold. Maybe train more staff to be able to deal with all aspects of the business.”
