Initial impressions were good but having ordered a lens showing as in stock Qtyt 1 when i ordered it then became on back order by email, having no contact for a few days i then went back onto the site to see it as in stock Qty 4 to my surprise..shooting an email off questioning why mine was showing as a back order still when in stock both times i received no reply..the lens turned up a few days later, a filter ordered at the same time was also not in stock and back ordered..so not sure how accurate website stock levels are ???? if this happens..i had hoped for better service but it was ok and nothing more.

Still waiting to advices on when the second part of the order is due. Communications could be better, keen to take money on goods not sent.

Ordering process very efficient but delivery very poor. I spoke to customer relations when I received a text from carrier that product would not arrive for 12 days. Got no real positive information when parcel would be delivered. A least 4 different dates were given and in the end the parcel arrived on none of them. This made the whole experience very unsatisfactory especially from a company who I had dealt with for many years

The discount was good and the delivery was very quick. However, no assembly instructions accompanied the shooting table. Also one corner of the table top was a bit discoloured due to being bent the wrong way in the packaging.

would have picked in between poor / normal as help and advice is given but you need to continually ask or you would be on your own. its a shame as I have been given good service before

Generally ok. Some staff are better than others , some need more training than just reading the box. The rental and fixing aspect is brilliant tho. I have had customer service being terrible rude considering I spend around 10k a year with you guys.

I was charged £5.99 postage when the listing stated - 'Shipping for UK customers is free for a 1-2 working day service or £6.99 for a next day delivery. Only noticed I paid for the postage when the flash arrived as I asked my wife to pay on my behalf using paypal.

I odered some goods snd arranged to collect from the store. I was expecting a notification that the items were available for collection but i didn't get it.

I had trouble to get my order. The only notification I got, was the order confirmation. No update about the delivery. The delivery company (FedEx) was unable to deliver in time, so I had to chase them and had to wait for my parcel to be delievered for more than an hour. Qualität of the goods is as expected, delivery and information about it is poor.

I've said normal because the process of ordering was fine, but they could have been a little better with communication, I didn't receive an email to say it had been sent, so although it turned out the day I expected, I didn't know if it was even on its way. I found them through quidco and received £40 cashback, and I used their £50 off an accessory to get a Nikon battery for £9. I would use them again.

Still haven't received the product after ordering on Friday and paying for next day delivery. The order was placed early in the morning so no excuses.

The service was not what I would have expected and not up to usual Calumet standards. Having had to phone to chase the order, I was told that it was out of stock and on back order, despite showing as in stock when ordered. Several days later, the item was still showing as in stock, so when I phoned again, I was told the order must have been stuck in the system somewhere. Whilst I accept that these things happen, I was annoyed at being told the item was initially out of stock, when clearly it wasn't. However, apart from that, it was delivered promptly and DPD were excellent in keeping me informed of the scheduled delivery. So, pretty good generally, but room for improvement on customer information.

I'd say you're getting there but still have a long way to go. There was a queue of people waiting to see someone and not many staff, eventually one staff member called another one from a back office to help serve - these days I go to Calumet expecting to wait in the queue a long time so if the queue is short it's a bonus.

I bought a couple of polarising filters, a tripod and a bag. The assistant was very helpful and advised me to take the calumet polarising filters which work well. The tripod is a Manfrotto and is of very high quality. The Bag is also a Manfrotto and I'm pleased with it with one exception. The bag should come with a waterproof cover. The assistant took it out to show me the bag but forgot to repack it. Despite 2 calls to the company, I'm still waiting for the cover to be posted out to me.
