I had an order confirmation, but nothing to say that the order had been shipped and no tracking. It all arrived fine, but it would have been good to know who the courier was and when it was arriving.

I only ordered 15 rolls of 120 Velvia 50 - the deliveries came from 3 different branches five rolls from each. So much for maintaining consistency within the same film batch :-) What has happened to Calumet's normally excellent service?

It was hard work on the phone trying to order I had to wait ages on hold - then kept getting put on hold Then kept had to repeat what I ordered Product did turn up next day as promised

The cable from your duo power pack is not suitable for purpose. It is not strain relieved, and the insulation is to brittle and not flexible, which for a curly cable is not good. One cable lasted only one job. The second cable was starting to crack after one set of images. A previous cable cracked and shorted out almost setting me on fire. Not pleasant!! A major redesign is needed on the cable so that it is more flexible. Your staff at the Photo show changed the leads with out trouble..

Package was advertised as including free gadget bag. After purchase it turns out the bags were out of stock. Three weeks later still no sign. Kind of frustrating as I don't know how long to wait till I buy one.

Own brand items are of a good quality. However, poor customer service and delivery management let the side down. Three out of my past four orders have had problems - it would appear that this is normal business for Calumet.

Pre ordered a Fuji XPRO2 the day it was launched. We took advantage of the excellent 2 year interest free scheme which as professional wedding photographers helps with cash flow. Last week it became apparent that other photographers we know that shoot with Fuji were getting their cameras. We had heard nothing from our Calumet store (Birmingham). We rang several times for a update. Finally we were told it would be posted to us (Wednesday). We had no tracking information. We didn't know when the camera was to be delivered, no did we get any updates. Eventually it arrived on Friday, we were luckily in at the time. Camera and interest free is great, but communication should have been better.

Ordering over the phone was ok but no one chased up the delivery and I had to call multiple time to get hold of someone and let me know where my order was.

I arrived at 9am, but the equipment was not ready and took another 30 mins to assemble, which was very very frustrating as I checked all was okay by phone a week before arriving to collect. The advise on the equipment need was very good from Renne.

The product took rather long to arrive, however the customer service was good and let me know what to expect and to be fair it was pointed out on the website that it would have to be delivered to the shop first.

I purchased a DSLR camera and lighting equipment from the Birmingham store,the staff were great,I went for the finance option and because the finance company were busy I was in the store for nearly two hours with my wife and child,we are patient people but I don't no how your other customers would react

sales guys, on the phone and in person, were really great, but...I was given an invoice that was one digit off from my account number. This meant that my name address etc. were incorrect. In addition the model number was wrong. This caused me to spend 2-3 hours of time and about 10 emails to get this fixed so I could get a manufacturer's warranty. To be fair the purchase was during the Christmas rush, but my issue is not with the original mistake, but with the overly long and very frustrating process to rectify it.

It was a Saturday, so there may have been part time staff on. I had done the research, and found that most of the items that I required should have been in stock, but had forgotten to bring the part numbers with me. After looking up the parts, we eventually found most of the required items. Despite qualifying for maximum discount for an account holder, I still found that I had paid more for the items than the price advertised on the website. I was also disappointed that although being 'Calumet branded', there was not the full range of accessories for the items available. Specific items: RM7232 @ £40 Ticket price inc VAT RM7360 @ £35 " Total £75 minus 20% = £60 inc VAT Invoice No: 3720296 Acc. No: 382500 Item RM7360K (kit of both above) £52.00 (Before discount!)

Difficult one this ! I always buy my kit from Calumet. I've been building up my FujiFilm X system & love it. Never had a problem with service from Calumet. This occasion, I bought a demo XPro1. It was a nice price and it came boxed, but. The camera condition is poor, grubby, dusty, and lacked any description to condition. The biggest problem was the state of the sensor. A large finger print and huge blobs of something all across the sensor. It's taken a professional clean to get the camera usable, especially the Sensor. So extra expense and down time when it should be making money. You take your chances when you buy a demo camera ! Probably buy new from now on. I received an order confirmation after placing the order but this was the only communication I received. Checking my account online up to an hour before the scheduled delivery it was only saying order being processed. I paid an extra £15.95 for a next day pre 10.30 am delivery, it arrived about 11.00 am (late). I was pleased with the item I ordered.

'Next day' delivery actually took 2 days to arrive even though I ordered by their cutoff point - when I spoke to someone on the phone they just said 'because it's black friday' . No tracking link provided either which was a little average when compared to the standard practice of their competitors. I would use Calumet again for their prices but not if the same price was available elsewhere.

Lens arrived on schedule on the Monday. The filter was out of stock, so I knew it would be delayed. I was emailed to inform me that the filter would arrive on Tuesday. It did not. I emailed Calumet to ask what the problem was and got no reply. The filter finally arrived on Wednesday, a day later than promised with no explanation for the delay.
