“Generally very satisfied with service provided. There was some confusion over the time before delivery of item could be expected, however this proved to be somewhat quicker than initially advised.”

“Very easy to order from, not too much form filling to complete order and it was delivered very quickly. Receipt took too long to arrive however. Perhaps you could speed that up. Overall very happy with service.”

“My experience of the "Calumet Polar White 2.72m x 11m Seamless Background Paper", compared to the Arctic White. The Polar White _is_ white, but it has a touch of warmth, a bit like milk. The Arctic White is a more bleached white, like copier paper.”

“Staff extremely friendly and knowledgable. Always pleasant to go in and never kept waiting too long. I only had a sensor cleaned but chatted about other cameras while there. I am not very knowledgable myself but never been made to feel stupid when I ask questions.”

“My recent order was delivered the next day in perfect condition. The order in question was an ever ready camera case, specific for my camera. Calumet seemed to be the only company able to supply this item online and at a good price. I will have no hesitation using Calumet Photographic again, and would recommend them to friends. W Rimmer”

“I dealt with one of Calumet's telephone sales people and I was exceptionally pleased with the way with whichI was treated. Polite, friendly, very knowledgeable and had all the answers to my questions. The item (Bowens 400Rx Lighting Kit) was exceptionally good value and was perfect for my needs and delivered in 48 hours Thank you all at Calumet for a very professional service and for he very personal treatment I received as a new customer Sure to come back for more!”

“I was on a trip to see the Fringe Festival and was then asked to shoot some movie clips of one of the events. My tripods were at home and luckily the Calumet outlet was 15 minute walk from my B and B. The gentleman that helped in the store was brilliant and within a half hour I was fitted out with a Manfrotto legs and head tripod. There was a great selection of support kit so I had plenty of choice. Many thanks. Michael Pitts”

“In store service: Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable Delivery service: Item was very well packaged. Prompt delivery but no advance warning of delivery date. Follow up technical help: Disappointing. The relevant person was not available to answer my query when I called. I did receive a telephone message some days later but by that stage I had already resolved the issue.”

“I have order 3 times with calumet in UK. I live in Paris (France). One time i had a problem with a bulb broken, i have sent them an email, and they took me in charge, and few days afters I had every thing good. So, I'm very happy of Calumet service. You can ask them questions and they will take time to answer. It's a very good service ! I recommend !”
