“A quick visit to Bristol store to purchase a further supply of the excellent Brilliant Museum paper and to take advantage of the latest "3 for 2" offer. Premises being updated by staff at time of visit but didn't interfere with usual standard of service.”

“I called to see if my local branch (Manchester) had the lens I wanted to purchase in stock. Unfortunately they didn't however, John at the branch arranged a next day delivery before 10am. Absolute first class customer service and product. Very happy with there service and would highly recommend”

“V helpful and knowledgeable staff - who offer their personal experiences with cameras ... Hence it is good to listen to more than one sales person when spending a lot of money! Impressed that Calumet despatched a lens to my house by bike - when it failed to appear in the shop on the agreed date - I got it on time for my holiday! Good customer attitude! I'll be back......:)”

“The lady that I was dealing with is called Anita Schmidt. [ London office ] I can only say she is a credit to your company. Not only did she know what she was doing but was delightful to talk to and, very importantly, she kept her promise to get back to me about the item I was interested in. Subsequently I purchased the item and am now awaiting it's arrival. She had a great sense of humour too! What ever you are paying her, it isn't enough. Thank you Anita. John Miles / Photographer.”

“Good comms and very fast delivery.Documentation clear and packing good.Unfortunately due to a quality issue the camera bag had to be returned and it took 4 emails before my concerns were addressed.Once this supplier did respond,and apologised for dela, the item was picked up within 48hrs and I am now awaiting a full credit.”

“Bought a Nikon D7100 around 5 months ago . I had problems with marks all over the images I returned it to Nikon who cleaned the sensor, marks appeared again much worse than before Nikons answer was to send it back to them again which I was not happy about. I spoke to Calumets manager who advised me to take it back to the shop he looked at the sensor which was covered in what could be lubricant he said he would arrange for the camera to be replaced as something was seriously wrong with the camera. I collected a replacement the next day which has been problem free. Calumet offer a fabulous service and their staff are a cut above any other camera shop in central London. I will allways use them for future purchases .”
