“My very first visit to Calumet in Glasgow, on entering I received a nice warm reception, I wanted to purchase a Fujifilm x100s, the camera was duly purchased and am so far delighted with my purchase and can see me returning should I need any new gear. Bill Henry”

“My first time using Calumet and I can honestly say they were superb. Received parcel in double quick time and was very well boxed/packaged. I find this important - too many companies out there just place your goods into plastic bags and send them off (seemingly hoping for the best). This is not the Calumet way - they do things properly. Product even better than described! - high quality. Many companies pay lip service to quality and service but Calumet delivers. Summation: Excellent customer service, products and delivery at very competitive prices. If you have never used them, do so, you won't be dissappointed. I thoroughly recommend Calumet.”

“I bought a Canon 70-200 Lis Usm lens and I thank the staff for their patience while I made my mind up on which lens to buy. Having read up on the lens I originally was going to buy an F4 70-200 Usm lens but the Lis lens I bought has an anti shake feature and after much discussion with the staff members I opted for the better lens.”

“Helpful staff, although some of the responses to my e-mail questions were quite slow. Item ordered was exactly what I was looking for and got a good deal. The courier they used dropped the package off at a neighbour's without a signature or a note through my door but luckily I have honest neighbours. Overall though, I had a good experience with Calumet and would use them again - unlike Jessops, who gave poor advice, poor value and dreadful service. Never again.”

“CF Cards are not as rock solid as you always hope they are. One of my Sandisc 16Gb does not want to know anything. Even using their own software to re/re format. Now in the Lexar camp and we will see . Fast enough to write d800 files and not wait for the buffer to drive you crazy. When you spend time and a lot of effort shooting it always seems that you should never shoot on a budget card.”

“After seven years of trouble free landscape and sports photography during which my trusty Canon EOS5 took 30000 images, an error 1 message appeared on the screen whilst I was using the original OEM 24-105 mm macro lens. The Calumet Manchester staff advised various options and possible costs for the repair and I decided that they should send both lens and body to Canon for them to investigate. The camera and lens were returned in the timescale as predicted by Calumet, the lens malfunction had been repaired and under warranty another fault previously unidentified by me was rectified. My camera is as good as new, completely cleaned inside and out, ready for another season of Rugby Match Day in Littleborough, Lancashire. Thank you Calumet Manchester and Canon UK.”

“the young lady knew her photography equipment & i part ex-changed my old lens for a new one.good service. Callumet Manchester needs a big poster hoarding on the main road to point out their existance. remember "if you dont tell,you dont sell"”
