“Phoned to reserve the Loweprow bag that I wanted. Lady on the phone was very helpful and checked the the item was still in stock at the Manchester store and took a small deposit to secure it. I visited the Manchester store a few,days later and the bag was awaiting my collection. Very happy with both the price and the service”

“Very poor service. Shop was a mess ! I spent £250 in the Euston store and one of the things i wanted to buy was an ND filter to shoot LE seascapes. I told the guy serving me thats what i planned to do and he told me i was wrong to buy the Calumet ND which was reduced from £135-£75 and should buy the hoya one at £159.. I was told the one i wanted was for videographers despite the read up on the back of the ND stating perfect for photographers who want to slow down water or clouds etc. when i read this he sighed and rolled his eyes.. I also asked if they do military discount and he looked at me like i was from another planet. Think i would rather shop at jessops and thats saying something !”

“I've used Calumet Manchester for years renting equipment for different companies and my own work... But never bought from them to this extent. Mark, Holly and Stephen were really helpful that Saturday was able to trade in my 5D MK3 with speed light for a good price and get a really good deal on the C100 MK2... I stuck around for a fair bit drinking tea/coffee chatting about various things even picked there brains about aerial drones... They got the camera too me within 5 working days. Will be buying big orders from Calumet Manchester again.”

“I ordered a tripod bag from you in February and it was out of stock. You kept hold of my money and gave me very little communication until it was eventually delivered last week. I needed that bag for work and had I known I would have to wait as long as I did, I never would have order it in the first place.”
