“After an Airline managed to send my lighting kit on a round the world trip without me I needed some new lights to use on shoots I had coming up. I put an order in for a set of Profoto B1's after seeing that Calumet had a set in stock (a handy feature!) and it arrived next day as promised. Big thanks to the team for the service, its meant my business can keep operating in a tight deadline.”

“ordered a camera bag by phone. item not in stock but as promised they shipped one in within 2 days. picked it up,item was handed over immediately.staff were very friendly and kept in touch to let me know when it was available.”

“Friendly and knowledgeable staff, a good showroom and a wide range of stock make this one of the best photographic suppliers. Prices are very competitive too. If, like me, you like to shop in the good old-fashioned way of trying and buying (as opposed to ordering online), then Calumet are a sensible choice.”

“very helpful staff trying to overcome the inadequacies of a very poor public facing website, inadequate stock, poor stock control and and simply abysmal internal IT systems. My latest experience ? two and half hours to establish that none of the items I wanted were physically on the premises despite systems saying that they were, with staff battling with IT systems in order to attempt to supply parts of 'kits' that ought to have been in stock. So much for professional service and "our extensive range of expert photography equipment"”

“Calumet is a great place to purchase/rent/try any photographic equipment. They were happy to take my old body and part exchange for a new camera, which saved me a whole lot of hassle with selling on e-bay. Would strongly recommend them!”

“I found the helpfulness of the staff in the Belfast shop first class. Their willingness to bring in products that were currently out of stock in the shop so that I could see and try them on my camera is a most helpful and reassuring service to customers. I purchased a lens through the Wardour Street shop and even that was sent through Belfast so that I could examine the lens before I bought it. I couldn't ask for better service from a shop.”

“great customer service at Calumet as always. on this occasion I purchased a paper background roll and a replacement spigot. The price was a little higher for the spigot compared to an online price. I wanted to buy some replacement screws from my lighting stands but it seems you don't stock them either.”

“I needed a spare part for my tripod. I was not sure looking at the items for sale on the web sire which was the correct part. I phoned the helpline, confirmed the part and was then able to order it. The whole process was very easy. I found Calumet excellent, and their service impeccable I will use them again in future.”
