“I am very satisfied with Calimet service I have recently had what I thought would've been impossible task to get a lens to me before I went to Tuscany in two days time delivered to me and had a very successful holiday cannot rate the service any higher”

“I found Miss Alex O'Neil from the sales department extremely helpful with the purchase of the product and due to a stock problem arranged delivery direct from the manufacturers. A welcome change indeed from the often too regular 'take in or leave it' attitude from the main high street photographic dealers.”

“Product was great but ordered on Wednesday evening and paid for next day delivery before 12 expecting this to arrive on Friday. At 1pm with no delivery I called customer services to be told it had been put on back order without me being notified.”

“The initial negotiation was brilliant, staff very accommodating and helpful. Then something broke in the second hand camera I bought, took it back for repair and I was blamed rudely for the damage; I then got it sorted with another member of staff.”

“I have no problem with the service. I am a photography student and I have the student membership. The price could be a bit lower because not all students can afford to pay that much. However the membership is worth while because the 20% discount is really handy. 100% recommend to any one that I know that is or want to be a photographer”

“The products photography course was excellent. The tutor was clear, the content well chosen and I learnt a great deal. I was particularly pleased to find a course for people who understand a considerable amount about photography, not going back over all the basics when we did not need it. The tutor was very positive in his approach and very generous with this time answering our queries.”
