“Although I now do almost all my shopping online, I went into Calumet Birmingham for advice and to look at products. I was given as much help and impartial advice as I could have dreamt of, made aware of discounts likely to be avaible on an upcoming demo day. Excellent service, and well worth shopping for real!”

“Now that I have the camera I believe a more detailed orientation to the camera would have been really helpful. i am also waiting for other items to arrive. I hope they will come this week prior to me going to Ethiopia.”

“I have purchased a few items over the past few months from your Edinburgh store and have only ever had good experiences. Your staff have dealt with me professionally and have given great advice whether on the telephone or in person in store. I bought my D810 on the managers advice and quickly found that he helped me with a choice I had been struggling with for a long time. The staff knowledge base is excellent. No matter the brand you choose. I would fully recommend the store to all my associates. A very pleased customer.”

“Quick & effecient in finding the battery I required, and whilst not in stock organised for it tobe transferred from another department/store and was on hand the following day. It was confirmed to me that the battery had arrived (the next day) Friendly staff.”

“I ordered a box of 8"x 6" strut mounts online and colected them from my local branch, when I opened the box the following day I discovered the mounts were badly made, bevelled and didn't match the image on calumets website, I called customer services (spoke to Alex) and was told she would arrange for a replacement box to be sent out, and I was assured she would call me back the same day to confirm this, A week later having heard nothing I called customer services again and the guy I spoke to said there was no information on file of any action being taken, however he would leave a note for Alex to call me back the following day. Another week went by with no call from Alex (or anyone else from customer services) therefore I had to return the box of faulty mounts to my local branch then call customer services to arrange a refund to my card.”

“All I can say is WOW. I received such a great customer service and it felt like I was at home. the staff were very welcoming and my phone battery was low and I didn't ask them a charger they were so nice to offer me one while I waited for my product. I would highly recommend anyone to come to this store as the environment is great and the staff are welcoming.”

“I don't normally write reviews, however, I am so very impressed with the professional, courteous service I have experienced from initial phone conversation to delivery, I cannot recommend these guys highly enough, I have already returned and purchased second and third item and will be by default using Calumet as my 'go to' place for any and all my photographic needs, I am extremely happy with my purchases and very prompt delivery, a thank you to all the guys and a shout out for Jamie and James!”

“Sorry my last one got cut off before I finished what I was saying I am very satisfied with Calumet service I feel like I get a personalised service that fits my needs I get the answers I need straight away and recently I had a lens delivered to me in a hotel just before I caught a flight that is got to be the most excellent service yet !!I I rate Calumet service vary highly”
