“Ordered online from London. The goods were in stock and arranged to pick up from local depot at Milton Keynes. All fine and saved me a lot of time and expense going into London to collect or to await a delivery. Good service - will continue to use,”

“I like coming to Calumet as I am able to try and feel products before I buy them and like dealing with knowledgeable people. When I bought my previous camera(5d mk2) i was very impressed. My last visit when consifering the fuji x pro 1 left me feeling otherwise. I felt the person wasn't really interested which was disappointing since i was considering a completely different system. I left disappointed but did buy from yourselves online but after doing my own research. I believe in supporting retail businesses however i think it's important that customers are helped by interested and knowledgeable people else we may as well buy online from the cheapest retailer and not one i have always considered professional”

“Roll was too long, Was wanting to send it back for shorted roll without expecting any cash back, item was still sealed and as it was when it was delivered, but they wanted me to pay for the return shipping even though they would have to ship the smaller roll anyway.”

“I recently purchased a lacie hard drive 1TB..it has malfunctioned and i asked for a replacement. This was refused as the company policy is to return this to lacie for repair. I am a professional photographer with an account with you for 20 years .. i am not going to use repaired hard drives on my jobs it is uneconomical for me and for that matter, lacie to repair them for the individual cost of these items. As a consequence I will now buy direct from Amazon who have a no quibble replacement policy for faulty goods, you are also a massive retailer and could have offered me that option and could make lacie accept that policy but you dont, you inconvenience your customer and offer a ridiculous repair policy which is good for you and for lacie. So my review is my last as i know where i am treated by the supplier with more respect.”

“I purchased a canon 5d mk3 from Calumet. It was one of the cheapest deals on the net made even cheaper by the addition of a free battery grip that I was going to buy anyway. The delivery time was very quick & came when the email said. There should be nothing remarkable about an item matching its description & price but in my experience this is most often not the case. One of my reasons for making a big purchase from Calumet is that I have used them before & never had a problem with any of the transactions. They are the first company I look to when buying equipment.”
