“No problems with Calumet, but as a first-timer with a Mac paired with a large format printer, a very different story. I'm sure it's all brilliant once you're accustomed to it. If Calumet had "Quick Guides To Printing" for Mac/Windows as part of the package, they'd be unbeatable.”

“The purchase of the goods was excellent; it could not have been quicker an easier. The collection of the same from Euston, London was painfully slow. I had to queue to be seen, person(s) in front wanting advice, then they could not find my order. Eventually, with two people searching they found my order. I told them who took my order by telephone and who said tehy would put the goods to oneside for collection. It was too diificult (?) for them to call the guy and ask where he had put my order. When they did find it I had to wait for loads of paperwork to be produced by them nothwithstanding that I had the receipt for my purchase with me and ID. Great for internet and in store purchases but do not try and prepay and collect !”

“I felt that my recent problem returning a damaged lens caused by the breakage of my Sunsnipe Strap was dealt with too slowly and without enough contact with me but overall it was dealt with fairly. The staff can be slightly aloof in their behaviour towards me. I don't enjoy my shopping experience because of that.”

“Saturday, I could not get anyone to answer the phone but Saturdays are busy times. A 60 mile round trip to discover that Canon's finance house wasn't open at the weekend. Wednesday, another 60 mile trip and a total waste of time, the staff great, Canon's finance house was really poor as the offer was only valid for England and Wales and a TOTAL waste of time even having having in the Scottish and NI branches. Thursday bought the camera, again great service from the calumet staff. Good knowledgeable answers on my questions regarding other kit in the shop.”

“Calumet at Euston is very close to my Day Job which makes it very easy to visit. Staff are generally knowledgeable and helpful whilst happy to allow casual browsing as relevant.”

“Really? We we're served by several people during our last assignment and to a man they couldn't have been more helpful, iterated and knowledgeable. We communicated to them our needs and they matched those to our hire portfolio brilliantly. When a small widget was found to be absent off site they couriered round the replacement in a heart beat, saving us from execution, as the client was Her Majesty the Queen. Ahoy and well done fellas.”
