“Although I have bought from you before with little problem the latest attempted purchase was a total farce. Your website had the item I at a good price and informed me it was in stock when I placed the order but apparently it wasn't and you won't be stocking it again. Yes I got a refund but no real apology or explanation and I'm afraid if I can't rely on what your website says for online purchases I will not be buying from you in the future.”

“I have been shopping at Calumet Drummond Street (and online) for a few years now. When I first moved from amateur to professional photography I bought my first great lenses and cameras and a lot of my studio accessories at Drummond Street. The staff have always been knowledgable and incredibly helpful and it made me very keen to go back. I now pop in the shop almost weekly to see if there is anything I can use. I rarely come out empty-handed. For some reason the store always seems to have just what I need at that time, whether new or in their clearance sales. For example I was using a cheap poor quality smoke machine last week and was not at all satisfied with the results. it was annoying and difficult for one person to operate. By chance I went in the store in last Friday; there was an ex-rental heavy duty pro smoke machine. Not cheap but worth the investment I thought. I also picked up some other highly useful bits I needed at the time. I really look forward to the difference these are going to make to my pictures. My clients are always happy with the quality of work I produce and I cannot escape the conclusion that part of that is down to Calumet Drummond Street. Thank you guys!”

“Ordered the Fuji x100t on the Thursday afternoon, paid for it using interest free credit and had it delivered the next day by 11am!! Absolutely amazing service!! I love Calumet and will definitely be using them again next time!”

“I've wanted a Canon 70-200 f2.8 lens for a while now, then I noticed the calumet 24 months interest free offer which popped up on my Facebook wall. I ordered the lens from the Calumet website on Tuesday, was accepted for finance on the Wednesday and received the lens on the Thursday. Used the lens to cover a sky Bet Championship football game on Saturday and couldn't be more pleased! Excellent service and product!”

“Is this the best Camera shop in Britain? Recently I bought a secondhand lens from them but they took it back a week later when I realised it was not suitable for me with no hesitation. The advice I have had during my dealings with them has been invaluable as the staff are very knowledgable.”

“I purchased a ball head, but when it arrived I realised it was too big for use with my monopod and the thread size was too big - all my fault for not checking. I was easily able to find the next size down and an adapter for the mount. Calumet were very helpful and credited in full (apart from the return postage of course) and my replacement order arrived next day.”

“I could have bought my new camera and lens cheaper from Amazon. However, with a product as complex and costly as this, I wanted to get it right and to get the feel of the camera/lens combination before purchase. Being a newcomer to the world of DSLR, I also wanted expert advice. I got everything I needed from Calumet. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful and I came away confident that I had made the right choice. I also value the possibility of consulting an expert if problems arise. The extra money is well worth it!”
