“I recently went to your shop to buy a Nikon d810 ia very long discussion I changed my mind and purchased a Nikon D750 I have now got two of these cameras because I do not like changing lenses. the point I am trying to make is the way your staff have been very helpful spending my money in the right way. I will always go to Camelot before going anywhere else . thank to tour staff erbrooks”

“After ordering an accessory and paying for next day delivery I had to wait 2 weeks for a product that i needed urgently. There was no indication when paying that the product was out of stock - yet next day delivery was still charged.”

“I have previously had a bad experience ordering items from your website and having to wait 3 months (hiring kit in this period at my own cost), so now I only shop in store. I am always extremely happy with the help they give. On this occasion in your Manchester shop, a young lady helped me over 2 visits to work out what I needed. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful allowing me to try a few different items until I finally made up my mind. She was a credit to your business.”

“Prospec imaging zip balance cards, supplied in a set of two cards: one 8.5 x 10" and one 4.25 x 5.5" of superb quality. Excellent customer service and amazing value for money from Calumet UK. The Calumet price was £25 for the set. On Amazon UK the exact same set was £178 !!”

“I ordered a Lowepro bag at 2.57pm. Although the website said that orders placed before 3.00pm would qualify for next day delivery I didn't really expect that to happen. At 9.30am the next morning it was delivered. Excellent service.”

“Well, I'm a Wex Photographic kind photographer, but decided to give Calumet a go because the had a 0% interest on some items I wanted. One if my items worth well over£1500 came open and with the battery missing. Two days after receiving my battery and conducting some tests I've realised the item was faulty. Customer service were very nice, had it all replaced with a brand new item within a week. So my only complaint is that tgeir warehouse should manage themselves better, I've never had this problem with Wex and I've been using them for over three years. Will I use Calumet again? It the deal is right, yes, most likely.”

“Chris the member of staff was very helpful , staying way over closing time he talked through the lenses and bodies and actually didn't try to make me go for the moe expensive options he drew on his own personal experience . The only downside was a lens I had wanted to originally get wasn't in stock !”
