“I am a novice photographer and was dubious about going into such a large and 'professional looking' shop. My fears were soon undone though as I was treated with courtesy, respect and the staff did not treat me as an idiot. They explained everything that I needed to know, and I never felt I was wasting their time. Tommy, the guy who served me, spent time with me and went over absolutely anything I was unsure about. Will I go there again, most certainly. Shopping for stuff I was unsure about was a pleasure.”

“Very prompt delivery, excellent service. Only negative was the excessively large box for the thing came in. The device itself is great - Calumet own brand which does exactly what I needed for less than a third of the price of another brand. Very happy!”

“Normally use Edinburgh branch but Glasgow branch had the Tamron 150-600 Nikon lens I was after. Service at Glasgow every bit as good as Edinburgh, I am pleased to say. Great lens by the way, as good as the reviews it gets online.”

“From the time I ordered my item, to receiving it here at home was just over 23 hours, and with a 'free delivery' included at that, an outstanding service for sure. My item was very well packaged and would probably have withstood being bounced a few times (not that I tried it), I just wish all mail order services were as efficient as this. My monitor is now calibrated, and the device was just perfect for what I needed.”

“Very simply needed another transmitter for my flash synching. Was able to get help over the phone to confirm I was ordering correct one. Was very simple. Paid and it was with me the next morning. I've used calumet many times now. A professional reliable brand. Thank you”
