“Exellent service from Calumet, wide range of photographic products, very good prices inc price match!, As a media BA degree mature student with 34 year's in photography, I need a new camera, printer & materials, so guess where im shopping next....?! Highley recommend Calumet for All your photographic needs. Andy, Scarborough.”

“Generally excellent customer service. Prices are fair, though not always the cheapest, and delivery is good. Would have given 5 stars but...... I experienced problems when applying to make use of their 24 month credit terms, which I believe was down to staff error when keying my information. I would suggest that in future the customer is either asked to enter the information themselves or at least is given the opportunity to check it prior to submission.”

“Fantastic - great people on the phone. Clean and quick web site - really easy to find an item and add to basket. I found the online application for interest free credit very easy to use and I was really amazed to complete the application on a Thursday and have the order delivered the next morning. The only slight wrinkle was that some order items were showing as In Stock when I ordered but they didn't arrive in my parcel. I called and it was quickly explained that they would follow up in a separate delivery when they were back in stock. I tiny bit frustrating, but not a deal breaker. Great service all round. Thanks”

“Happy customer! I phoned in the morning and discovered that of the item I wanted there was only 1 in stock. I asked the staff member to put it aside for me and I would call in and pay at lunchtime. This was duly done. Many thanks.”

“I'd say you're getting there but still have a long way to go. There was a queue of people waiting to see someone and not many staff, eventually one staff member called another one from a back office to help serve - these days I go to Calumet expecting to wait in the queue a long time so if the queue is short it's a bonus.”

“I took advantage of a 50% off promotional offer on a background support system. Very straightforward ordering and prompt FREE delivery. Excellent value for money. Might have been nice to have the option to buy it through my Calumet trade account rather than with a credit card, but that is a minor point. Very pleased.”

“I was returning an item to Calumet that was a couple of months outside the warranty, hoping they would be able to mend it. However, they were brilliant, and swapped it for a new one without me asking. Outstanding customer service, and done with a smile. Seriously impressive customer service.”

“The guys at Calumet Glasgow can never do enough to help you and to ensure you buy what you need (not necessarily what you think you need). The guys are all pleasant and very knowledgeable and their open days are a great way to chat face to face with the guys and girls from the manufacturers.”

“I telephoned the Glasgow store whilst on holiday up north recently to see if the item I required was in stock. I had checked on the website but would always prefer to buy from a store rather than over the web. I was there in 30 minutes and bought the item there and then. The staff member was very helpful, chatty and engaging - which is nice as sometimes staff at professional photography stores look down on us amateurs! The store is easy to get to with satnav and overall the experience was very positive - big display area, no hard sales - just left to browse until I was ready to buy. I am back in Glasgow at Christmas and will (wife permitting) buy something else from Calumet in Glasgow.”
