“Calumet are very easy to deal with. As I often purchase the same product (Paper rolls) I find it easier to telephone them. They are always polite and friendly and know their products well. I get a confirmation email within minutes and the product arrives the next day. I would recommend them.”

“I visited the Manchester store to buy a specialist camera bag and some Lee Filters. I live about 2 hours drive away in Cumbria. The help I was given was exceptional. I had very specific requirements for the bag and staff provided similar equipment to see what fitted best in different bags. I also ordered some Lee Filters, knowing there was a long delivery period (by Lee) for some items. Other things arrived by post from the head office, at no extra charge, within days. Such helpful service means I will use Calumet again without any hesitation.”

“Staff at the Birmingham branch are always helpfull and knowledgeable. The only problem can be space for parking the car at this location, after turning off a very busy road. I find the 'Calumet Focus' booklet very usefull.”

“the service was very good and the product that i received was there own brand, and exactly the same as the branded product. it is working just as well. i would ask you if you could use the postal service for some of the smaller things you send out as if i know something is cumming with a corer one has to wate in all day where as with the post it comes a a set tim e every day. but thanks for service.”

“Excellent telephone conversation - clear options and prices explained. Three different "bits" of the order arrived promptly and as promised by the Edinburgh depot. First class service - but after about fifteen or twenty years of dealing with the company, I take that for granted now!”

“I tried other suppliers for my shopping list before going to Calumet and was fed up with false promises and neglectful service. Calumet were a breath of fresh air... they told me truthfully which items I wanted were not in stock, an estimate of delivery time, and then delivered well within their estimate. Their prices are up there with the cheapest too and you're not running the risk of dodgy imports. Friendly and knowledgeable sales people. Overall very satisfied and will return.”

“In-store, I find Calumet helpful and comprehensively stocked, with an extensive selection of competitively priced own brand products. They don't have as many stores as in the past. Online, their product descriptions are often vague and the pricing is not to competitive They have a very tight review policy on their website so there are almost no client reviews. I've had problems with two of their products, which failed, and the reviews were not published. I think this is a silly policy. Overall, I would recommend them, but for key studio components that have to take heavy loads, go into a store and check them out first.”
