“I came in to buy a tripod. The gentleman I saw listened to my requirements and suggested one of your own brand carbon fibre tripods with bullhead and carrying case. It is ideal and I am very pleased with my purchase. Excellent service. I will be returning.”

“I needed 15 roller cases at the last minute for transporting equipment on public transport (not photographic equipment) and as I was a photographer myself I was aware of the possibility of using photographic cases for my purpose. The team at Calumet were excellent and pulled out all stops to get what I needed within two days, they arrived on time at the right place and were perfect for what I needed..... Well done Calumet”

“I was after a new battery for a camera that is now discontinued. After no luck elsewhere I found the battery on the website and rang to see how quickly I could get it as I was very soon to go on holiday. The staff member was extremely helpful, identified that it was not available locally for me to collect and then organised posting for the next day. Brilliant service, helpful staff and excellent prices.”
