“My purchase from Calumet was some time ago. I did visit the Belfast shop in lateJune/early July with a view to buying a camera bag. The one which I thought may have been suitable was not in stock but the member of staff with whom I was speaking offered to contact me when it was (and took a note of my email address). I'm still waiting. In the meantime I have used an online retailer whose staff were more than happy to discuss my needs and supply a solution. Extremely disappointed with Calumet's 'customer service'.”

“Recently purchased a 5DIII from the Belfast store Store manager was extremely helpful - and very knowledgble. I bought the 5DIII from Calumet even after having been to Jessops to see the 6D which you didn't stock at the time. The shopping experience with Calumet was so much better that I ended up buying the 5DIII”

“I have been a customer of Calumet Manchester for many years and always found them knowledgeable and very helpful. I recently traded in a Canon EOS 5D2 for a 5D3 and it is nice to deal with a friendly face for this type of deal. Their after sales service is also spot on - they beat CPS to the punch when advising of a Canon recall on a 1DX! Paul @ P2AMPhoto.”

“I have bought many items at the Manchester branch and found the service fantastic. Unfotunately on this occasion I bought 3 genesis monolights for my business and found the service way below standard. The items were marked on the website "awaiting stock, accepting orders", however I wasn't expecting a 9 week wait for my order. I also wasn't told this at the time of ordering, I was only told when I called customer service to check on progress. Running my own small business this had a financial impact as I had to turn work away. The items I received have been fantastic. From now on I feel I will only shop in store. Regards, Anthony”

“I recently had an extensive list of kit to buy for my daughter who is setting out into semi-professional photography. We spent a good couple of hours there. I cant think of anywhere that I could have got better service, specialist advice and personal attention than I got at the Euston emporium! Well done Calumet..Paul Newman”

“The staff at Calumet has been wonderfully helpful, kind, patient, informative and generally terrific in advising me with the purchase of a new camera, lenses, memory cards and accoutrements, including trying out a range of lenses in store. They provide the positive customer experience, support and reliability that only comes from a shop with staff who really know their product and can't be replicated online. Thanks Calumet!”

“The service was good but the connectors on Calumet 200w Flashtube for Genesis 200 are much longer than the original one (http://sokilla-images.com/bulb.jpg) so I cannot attach new Flashtube onto the monobloc, and I still didn't get a feedback regarding this issue.”
