“I have use this company a few times! The products have always been great! My last order 12/18/ 22..was missing an item and the quality of work on the canvas( head was chopped off) !!”

“Received my canvas prints. I paid an extra 4.00 (for all nine prints) to have hangers mounted on each. Not one had a hanger. Then I tried using your chat bot system - what a waste of time. Called and found out that even though your customer service hours of operation are posted 12 hours a day - your answer at the number says otherwise. Had to email with the issue - then received a reply that said it would take up to 48 hours to answer. All the while, time is ticking and my day of gift giving is soon approaching. After me posting a bad review on line - customer service emails me to say "they'll send them and sorry my order was incomplete". Well, I paid to have them mounted, how does them sending them make my order complete? This is customer dis-service!”

“Terrible quality. Canvas is not quality and the print on it is terrible. Smeared detail and a shoddy, fragile frame too. Ratings do not seem legitimate. I have purchased great quality canvas prints from other companies and this print is far from it. Company would not back up the quality. Only $20 or so wasted but I will remember to tell anyone I can in person or on social media about the quality and service.”

“The print was cropped more than the image i adjusted on the order. I lost about an inch of the work off the bottom. Also, the frame holding the canvas is so weak and it’s not stretched tightly. I would not recommend.”

“The quality of frame wasn't great but it was about what I expected. What frustrated me was that it came with no hanging hardware. Who sells a frame without being able to hang it? I contacted customer service and they said they do not sell their frames with hanging hardware. That should have been made very clear before I ordered. Mediocre quality, poor customer service. 👎”

“The Canvas Discount website advertised “Guaranteed delivery in time for Christmas!” If orders for canvas prints up to 16x24 were placed by 12/19. So I decided to order a canvas print from your company as a Christmas gift. When I get the tracking on the shipment it said the print would not be delivered until Monday 12/27- not in time for Christmas. So I emailed customer service to complain about the tracking estimating delivery after Christmas only to receive a response explaining how to use tracking and not addressing my complaint at all.”

“I purchased two prints for a friend. She received someone else’s order. I contacted the company via email, as they do not offer a customer service number. They took several days to respond, and their response was, “your order was received by the customer on 12/13.” Absolutely no acknowledgement that my friend received someone else’s order, as described in my email to them. I responded to their email, once again explaining that my friend received the wrong order. To date, I have received no response. $100 down the drain.”

“I recently put in a order on Dec 3, 2021 for a blanket for my mom for Christmas. It was paid for online. I got an email back saying the order went in but no order number. I contacted the company stating I got an email showing I ordered the blanket and paid for it. The company asked for the email I used to place the order, I gave it to them, yet they can't find my order which is already paid for. I asked them to fill my order or give my money back, yet again they asked what email address I used. It takes this company over 24 hrs to reply. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.”
