“Seems very cheap and big scratch on the front. I have 2 others that I ordered a few years ago and they are wonderful. The quality of this one is awful.”

“Price and delivery were good. The quality of the picture was not as great as from other companies I have ordered canvas prints from. They also did not send pieces of double-sided sticky tape to use to hang the canvas up.”

“My pictures were supposed to arrive before Christmas. They sent the wrong pictures. When they sent the replacement pictures, they sent them to the wrong address. I have asked for a refund since I still do not have my order and was hung up on. This is a horrible company!”

“It wasn't your product I was disappointed in. It was the delivery. I don't know who delivered it, I would guess FedEx. They left it at the end of the driveway during inclement weather. Luckily I found it early before any damage. I was totally satisfied with the final product!”

“I contacted customer service twice via e-mail in November 2023 after receiving my order notifying them that the placement of the names on my 20x24 canvas print were incorrect. To date, no one has responded to either e-mail.”

“I took a really long time for my poster to get here and when I got it, it was hard creased and bent. Even pressing the photo/poster for 48 hours. Did nothing. The image has been compromised and is currently unusable.”

“Have order prints from canvas discount several times over the last few years. Have always been pleased with quality and service until recent order. I order 9 canvas prints and one of them was obviously mis-printed. Edge on photo was not wrapped around as specified. Even though I submitted photos of the mis-print, canvas discount would neither credit my purchase nor reprint correctly. Am ordering subsequent prints from another site.”

“The quality is garbage. I bought a printed pillow as a Christmas gift. The zipper broke as I attempted to zip it the first time. In disgust I threw it away and contacted them. No refund. No replacement. No anything for the humiliating garbage they sent me and I tried to give as a gift.”
