“The product was great. I have one on my wall. The second one I ordered I ordered for my daughter. I got that and the quality is great. The problem is that when I ordered the canvas I paid and immediately decided I wanted an acrylic of the same thing so I purchased that within minutes. Two separate orders. I have received the canvas but not the acrylic. My email is unanswered. The tracking number provided does not have a package it is linked to. I would give you zero stars if I could. You took my money and did not give me a product. Shame on you.”

“This was the 1st time I used the company and you certainly get where you pay for....which was poor craftsmanship. They wrapped the corners horribly on my photo & it looks like it's ripped but it's not. Just where they chose to wrap picked up another color. I'm working with Cust Serv so hoping they'll redo that one so the trio will look decent. Clearly there's very little quality control so beware .”

“I ordered for two items I received one item since 18th if this month I still expect the second item to receive after you charge my card you still delay my pillow item to receive very disappointing”

“We’ve ordered more than a dozen acrylic prints from them, plus some canvas prints. The acrylic prints are being marred by the adhesive on the hangers provided by canvasdiscount but also by hangers I’ve used. After about a year the adhesive seems to seep through the acrylic photo staining the photo. I’ve contacted them twice about the problem, not asking for any compensation but trying to advise them of the problem. The best they could offer was a discount on future acrylic prints, completely ignoring he problem. I won’t be ordering any more acrylic prints for this reason....the prints are good for about a year; then there is a seep-through adhesive problem that they are apparently unwilling to deal with. If they can come up with a work around for this, I’ll go back. Their canvas print, which don’t need adhesive mounts, are really good.”

“The "metal" picture that I ordered was extremely unlike the picture. It was not at all shiny- it was matte- and rather cheap looking. Didn't even feel like metal.”

“Got my canvas yesterday it was not put on tight enough its has waves in it had 3 white spots on her head l had to fill in with black marker to cover 🙁 very disappointed.”

“Fast production of the product but prior to ordering was assured I would get product well in advance when needed but never received in time; Horrible shipping. Waited, waited, & waited; Not like I didn't pay for shipping. Customer service was useless and couldn't answer my questions. If you need in a timely manner go elsewhere; You will be glad you did.”

“The photo was extremely blurry and crooked. I understand if the quality of the picture is blurry- but when you preview it online before purchasing SHOW ITS TRUE QUALITY! On top of that my picture was completely crooked! I know for a fact I aligned it perfectly- and no customer service response to my issues. Will never be using these services again. If I could give 0 stars I would.”

“White styrofoam on edge is very unattractive and rough along photo edge . Have ordered from another company who colored their edges that were much more attractive. Also photo print was dull.”

“My order is missing the hanging mounts I paid extra for. Additionally the larger of my two prints is not attached well to the wood frame. The image hangs loose and flimsy. With there being 2 errors on a small order I'm not sure I would order from canvas discount again, nor would I recommend the product.”
