I have been trying for 4 HOURS to speak to a person in their Legal Department. And nobody picks up the phone. All I hear is irritating music that eventually stops playing after 30 minutes. When you try to call the Legal Department directly on 021 941 2230, a machine tells you that "your call cannot be completed right now. Please hang up and try again later". HOW MUCH LATER CAN A PERSON CALL YOU???? Disgusted client.”

You make arangements to pay back your loans they exept it and then 3 months down the line they take 3 payment in the same month. 2 times full instalements and the arrangement amounts 3xepted by them. And whennyou phone them they simply say they have th3 right to take as much money as they want to bring the loans back on date and that the agreed arrangement is to small to pay back.
