They might as well just delete the WhatsApp service alltogether, because their BOT knows nothing. You cannot do anything on the WhatsApp line at all. I have been trying for 4 HOURS to speak to a person in their Legal Department. And nobody picks up the phone. All I hear is irritating music that eventually stops playing after 30 minutes. When you try to call the Legal Department directly on 021 941 2230, a machine tells you that "your call cannot be completed right now. Please hang up and try again later". HOW MUCH LATER CAN A PERSON CALL YOU???? Disgusted client.”

“Iam a really irate customer or rather disgruntled. I was told yesterday that if the debit order is placed on an account where my salary is being paid in, I will not be able to make any arrangements by a consultant named Azola who reports to Charlene. To my astonishment, the previous consultants I spoke with were unaware that I was receiving my salary from a different bank account. They also had no concerns regarding the source of the debit order as long as I abided by the agreement.
I then asked for my call to be escalated since I was getting any jog from this consultant, and to this day, I haven't heard from her line manager Charlene. In certain instances, I had to escalate a case, but the team leader never called. I promise that your index statistics will drop if you continue to provide this kind of customer service.
In addition, when I asked this unprofessional consultant to provide me with her last name and the last name of the team leader, she refused and informed me about the absurd Popia Act. If so, how were Lindi Mpipi and Bekezela Mthembu able to provide me with their details?
There was an incident on April 2nd when a consultant spoke to me in an extremely arrogant and unprofessional manner. To this day, the situation remains unresolved. The precedence has set by manages, therefore it makes perfect sense why these untrained consultants believe it's acceptable to talk to clients in any case. I would transfer my loan if I really could to a different bank that is able to serve its customers with value and respect because your customer service is so poor.
In conclusion I want answers from Azola's manger as to why I cannot be debit from a different account that's my salary is not paid into.”
