“I visited Capitec Forest Hill yesterday, where I received an excellent, memorable, TP Kekana
unforgettable service, attended by a Lady with the name Mamiki on her name tag, she explained exactly what i needed and sent me to the guy on Teller number 9, who was equally excellent. In less than few minutes all I wanted was done. I was overjoyed I even forgot to check the Teller's name.
All my previous doubts and frustrations with Capitec were gone. Thanx to those two.

“I am ntokozo thabethe contact number 0713786995 had problem with capitec they locked my account and soon I call capitec was told its because someone paid me with fraudulent money! My question to them is where do I feet in to their problem with their client using stolen or fraudulent money? I was told money came to my account last month meaning july 2022 and my account get frozen august 2022. I visited branch was told another date and different amount. They give me new story after they said I must go to do affidavit with the police. Capitec does not care about their client. Meaning anyone who put money in my account I should ask where did particular individual where do they get thier money from. Thats horrible service”
