“Called a few times asking questions even after placing my order and whoever I’ve spoken to any of the times I’ve called has been very helpful in what I’d need or any other questions I’ve asked even if they seemed silly.”

“Prompt and efficient correspondence. Easy website and payment. Slightly annoying to find a discontinued stereo still listed for sale. More annoyed at pioneer for making a new unit listed as double din but the cage is 5mm too tall to go through a double din hole in the dashboard ! Had to bodge new stereo into old cage. Not as secure as it should be.”

“Really great service. I normally order via the website but today I made a telephone order and so glad I did. I was given some great advice, ultimately order a couple of necessary parts that I wouldn't have if using the website, which would have meant a delay to my install. Brilliant thank you.”
