“Bonjour, J'ai bien reçu l'autoradio Pioneer DEH-X9600BT le vendredi suivant ma commande. Il fonctionne parfaitement et correspond tout à fait à ce que j'en attendais. Je vous remercie pour la rapidité de votre envoi. Je tiens cependant à vous signaler que j'ai reçu de la part de Fedex un message me demandant de payer 18 euros pour accélérer le passage en douane. Comme j'avais déjà réglé, je n'ai pas répondu. Le paquet est arrivé le lendemain. Peut-être un piratage de leur site ? Je l'ignore. Quoi qu'il en soit, je vous souhaite de très bonnes fêtes de fin d'année et un bon Noël ! Jean-Pierre GAZENGEL”
