“The subwoofer I ordered was amazing but there was just one problem it came with these safety balls and they got trapped in the coil of the subwoofer so I had to sit there and get them all out and then they went every but the shipping was ok and delivery was amazing so all good”

“Delivery within 48 hours, and the speakers cost just 50% of the same item on Amazon. Impressed with sound quality too! Only negative was the ‘tracking’ email arrived with a blank carrier field and blank tracking number field so no idea who I should expect! Will use this company again !”

“I wanted a underseat subwoofer and the inphase option available was better than the Kenwood I was originally considering. By the time I got round to ordering, the inphase model had gone up so I ordered the Kenwood. I soon got a call from customer services explaining the Kenwood was on extended delivery, I said I wanted the inphase, and they agreed to match the original price. It arrived within 24 hrs, but sadly wouldn't work so I returned it for repair. They couldn't fix it, so credited within the week. I reordered another inphase sub, that again arrived really quickly on DPD, this one works a treat and I'm really happy with it. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else .”

“Easy ordering process , head unit arrived within a couple of days ,only complaint would be it wasn't particularly well packed just the box in a bag I would of thought a padded bad would of been better .”
