“You really can't answer the phone? You moved customer service to email to improve access for customers? I think a quick phone call to answer a simple question about your product would have been a much more efficient way to garner customer goodwill. Having said that, the product (nebuliser) is very good and it's a pity that customer service didn't match it.”
