“I placed an order. But managed to call my bank and stop the transaction after reading all this bad reviews. Seems to be nothing but scam unfortunately.”

“A fake company who have managed easily to steal money from the customers for orders they never receive. It must be reported and I am going to chase this up. I think everyone else should do it. For now please please avoid it. Its absolute scam.”

“Horrible experience with extremely long delivery delivery delays and poor customer service. I asked for a refund and been advised to refuse the package on delivery if it arrives. What they haven't said is that their company name won't be on any of the packaging making it unable to find out who the sender is to be able to refuse the delivery. Don't waste your money and time! AVOID”

“I would give them 0 stars but it will not allow me to? This fake company is a proper con i was sent different items to what I ordered I emailed them No help at all such a rubbish con company why are they allowed to trade they need to be shut down fast! Don’t ever use the site!!”

“Never again!!! I have placed an order last January 2020, i tracked the product and saw that Carethy cancelled without informing me.. i emailed and ask for a refund but since they are having a "technical difficulty" i still havent got my refund until today 27 April. 100£ is maybe not a lot but this info is also to help others, avoid this company! After reading a lot of unsatisfied customers, i had to cancel my bank card, i dont trust this company:/”

“Do not order from this company. I have not received my order, tried tracking my order number, this does not work. Emailed the company twice, you get a generic reply saying someone will be in touch within 24hrs, not heard a thing. Surely something should be done about this company. I wouldn’t even give it one star 😡”

“My order was not delivered on time and there was no communication from the seller. So I have started emailing the seller and requested cancellation and refund. After a month I received the items. 1 item was wrong and one was exceptionally old. Shocking customer service, will never buy in the shop again!”

“SCAM WEBSITE - THEY SEND A COUPLE OF ORDERS EVERY NOW AND AGAIN TO MAKE IT LOOK REAL BUT OTHERWISE THEY COMMIT FRAUD. THEY ARE BASED IN SPAIN SO LITTLE CAN BE DONE ABOUT THEM. TRADING STANDARDS SHOULD GET THE SITE SHUT DOWN”

“there is no customers service , i think this company is a fake i have ordered an item on the 9th of April due date to arrive on the 24th at the latest never arrived they took my money , send several emails no replay nothing i have never seen such scums in my life”

“I would never order from them again, Order gel namebrand way overpriced, This people send me a 3 times cheaper brand, tried to contact them to stop order or get some of my money back, they never responded. This people just don't care and send you what ever they want. They charged me over 30 dollars for something that is worth about 3 dollars. They flat out stole from me. And to top it off, it took way over a month for delivery. Authorities should look this company up and see why they are doing this. People, do not buy from them, you will lose, guarantee.”

“Ordered On March 9, cancelled because of product unavailablilty issues, company charged our credit card even though they never filled the order and we have requested credit several times to no avail. Would never recommend this scam to anyone.”

“DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS SITE!!! I have the worst shopping experience with them. I ordered 12 bottles of hand sanitizers in Feb. I haven't receive it yet. They are either a scamer or run by people have no clue what's going on at all. Ignor emails, try to replace the product you ordered with their cheap option/ own brand product, not willing refund money to customer after months. Finally, after 2 months of waiting time, they send some wrong products with completely the wrong address to me and only half of amount which I ordered. What else can go wrong??? They ticked all. BTW they never send the correct tracking number to me either. The only correct info I received which from PayPal. P.S. PayPal won't able to help to get your money back if this site not send you anything and not refund your money. You all have a nice day and keep away from this site.”

“DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR. I placed an order that never came and it took almost 4 months and four emails to get a refund. There is no one to speak to in order to get an answer. They should not charge your card before item is shipped. I would never order from them again.”
