“PHA-PT-200413200008576 Fiz encomenda dia 13 de Abril e ainda não recebi a minha, ainda se encontra em curso ultrapassando o prazo de entrega. Enviei mensagem por dois canais diferentes, Messenger e e-mail e não recebi resposta alguma.”

“Ordered hand sanitizer early March. Tracking ref given but concerned after few days was still waiting to be shipped. Numerous emails before they admitted it was lost and would give refund in 14 days. No refund received so placed chargeback firm to credit card company to get money back. They are scammers in my opinion so much similarity to what others experienced.”

“If I could give zero stars I would, maybe even minus. The company is so disorganised I'm surprised it's still in business. My order took over 1 month to arrive, I had written many, many emails and sent messages only to be totally ignored or to receive standard holding message. One email told me that the items I had ordered were out of stock and they would be sending alternatives (all were cheaper products but I doubt they would have refunded the difference) The order eventually arrived after I raised a dispute with the credit card company which would have resulted in a chargeback to this excuse for a company. Be warned, think twice before ordering and parting with your money.”

“Still waiting for my refund. Extremely poor customer service Would never use again I made a order to yourselves and the order numbers i gave are as followed PHA-GB-2003091350205c9 has been received PHA-GB-2003091332413c0 this one has not been paid into my account. “Ordered anti bacterial hand soap. It took 5 weeks to arrive and they sent hand gel. I emailed and was told it’s a suitable substitute so won’t refund. It’s not soap and my kids won’t use it as they hate the alcohol smell. It’s also cheaper than what I ordered, but no refund of the difference. Avoid these scammers!”

“This company is appalling, I contacted them immediately when my order arrived minus a product. The parcel had clearly been opened during transit, and I sent them a photo to prove this. I have emailed them everyday since the beginning of April. No one from Carethy have confirmed when I will get the product or if I can have a refund.”

“Never ever order from them, these guys are insane. I ordered a product, then after a week a received a message that they cannot delivered it so they changed without any consent the product to cheaper one, and even though i sent them a message that i want to cancel that order, the response i received was that the shipment is on its way. Not to mention that the product i wanted was always available online.”

“This is not an attempt to help Carethy get better This is to tell you and as many others as possible about your customer service,ha ha. The only time I heard from Carethy was after I got my money back by opening a case with PayPal. I wrote 4 emails asking where my order was, NOT ONE REPLY, NOT ONE??? You only contacted me after I'd got my refund. You made the excuse the delay was due to the virus??? The virus shouldn't have stopped you emailing me. I've ordered over 30 online orders since ordering from you, everyone emailed me explaining why my orders would be a little late, no problem, I was expecting a little late. I was not expecting no contact at all?? I explained the order was needed due to my wife's health!!!! MY WIFE'S HEALTH. Not one reply, I hope others read this. Really really confused, disappointed and angry Michael Green”
