“Disgusting service, never answer emails, told bank not to pay, they waited 3 months and tried again, the bank paid, I have now cancelled the order, finally managed to find a way and they are still sending it to me. NEVER order from these people, once they have you they never let go!!! Asked several times before to cancel the periodic delivery and they never bothered to get in touch.”

“FRAUDULENT SCAM 'COMPANY' WHO CHANGE THEIR IP address TO MAKE IT HARD FOR BANKS AND POLICE TO TRACK THEM. IF YOU MAKE AN ORDER ONCE WITH THIS COMPANY , THEY WILL CONTINUE TO SEND YOU RECIPTS FOR PURCHASES YOU HAVEN'T MADE AND WILL EMPTY YOUR BANK ACCOUNT. DO NOT ORDER ANOTHER BANK CARD WITH YOUR BANK UNTIL YOU HAVE HAD YOUR FUNDS RETURNED AND THEY ARE PROSECUTED. THEY WILL ACCESS YOUR DETAILS AGAIN (THEY HAVE EVEN ACCEDDES MY 3 DIGIT PIN ON NEW CARD THAT I HAVEN'T GIVEN TO ANYONE OR ANY DEVICE. THIS IS A CRIMINAL ORGANISATION. PLEASE STAY WELL CLEAR. THEY ARE RUTHLESS.”

“Yes, I agree. They are stealing from people, and this website is fraudulent. I will have to notify my bank, and they will have to issue me a new credit card, because Carethy keeps charging me without my permission, and there is no way to delete my credit card information from their website”

“AVOID at any cost. This company's a scam. You will never see your order and will never get your money back. I placed my ordered back in March. After sending countless emails, they said they're going to cancel my order and make a refund. Yeah, sure. Weeks passed and nothing happened. Luckily, I lost only £18.”

“I've been scammed. They tell you product is on its way. You track it, after awhile they go backwards on the tracking. One time tracking showed it was in the city next to me then all of a sudden it's being processed in Jamaica. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I should have read the reviews before ordering.”

“Worst company ever. I ordered hand sanitizer which never came and later they claimed it's cancelled. Next comes the nightmares of chasing them for the refunds. Their customer service keeps emailing me saying the refunds failed. It's the same messages resent again and again. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANAY”

“My order was made on 6th Apr 20 and I haven't received it yet on 30th Apr. The estimated delivery was to the 16th Apr and I'm still paying for the delivery. This is something that for me doesn't work. Wait for over 3 weeks for an order. Unfortunately this will be taking into consideration if I need to buy again. And I prefer not having such hassle again. I hope you guys consider changing delivery Co. or improve it somehow not to loose your customers.”

“RIDICULOUS SERVICE! AVOID AT ALL COST OR YOU DO NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK! Ordered from this website two months ago and no products received after a month and meanwhile kept change the items claiming they were out of stock. Eventually had to ask for a refund which claimed would be issued within 14 days and now passed 21 days, no refund received. The excuse was ***Our payment platform suffered a technical incident and our IT department is working on solving it as quickly as possible.*** So basically the company system is capable to take your money but suffers from issuing a refund.”

“I order on your website from Carethy.nl and the shipping never happened and never heard from them until I sent many messages. It turned out the products I’ve ordered weren’t available anymore. I asked for a full refund but they suggested an alternative product which I have told that I didn’t want. After several mails I’ve written to them, finally they agreed to cancel my order and give me a refund within 14 days, but of course it never happened. I contacted them again and again, then now they told me there was a technical problem to make a refund and that they’ve been working on it, and then they stopped responding to me anymore. It’s been 2 weeks. And during all these time, I had to hunt them down to get any information from them ever since I had ordered, otherwise there would have been not only no delivery, but no news or suggestions on refund or nothing at all. Since I truly believe this business is not trustworthy, I contacted consumers and market authority to report on this business. I share my experience and advice not to order on this website for everyone not to have the same unpleasant experience as mine. Do not order EVER on Carethy.”

“Same here ,I spent £100 in healthy food and ,I did receive the delivery e-mail but I did not receive the parcel ever. The checking order status link does not work . Not serious company .Never will buy again. Allways I will read the reviews before.”

“Dreadful company, ordered £114.00 clippers then got an email saying they were replacing with cheaper clippers £98.00, told them to stop I didn’t want but they sent them anyway, still took £114.00 out. I can get the cheaper clippers for £75.00 elsewhere, said to them I would keep if they refund the difference. Also the clippers have a euro plug not UK plug. Not heard back from my emails. You think it’s a .co.uk company but it’s not. DO NOT USE”

“So disappointed with this company scamming people at a time like this order no PHA-IE-200415013929cb1 . I placed an order nearly 3 weeks ago still no sign of delivery after paying 10e for delivery for two small items you would expect it to been somewhat express regardless of current situations. I have emailed them and they told me they are out of the products and will send them when ever they get them. So I am down 30e at a time when I am laid off work is unfair as I am sure I am not the only one in this position. Avoid people I will never order anything again without checking the reviews first and it goes with out saying I won’t be ordering from carethy again. I will be contacting my bank tomorrow to inform them and see if I can get a refund that way. Hope people see these and avoid this company.”

“Order number: PHA-US-200311175808a9e After waiting for more than a month for the product I ordered (obviously, the company is taking advantage of the current situation and selling products that you don't have), I finally decided to ask for a refund (which was requested on April 12). Now, I still haven't received my refund. Are you not ashamed of doing with people? Especially in the world we are living today? This company should be embarrassed!!!!”

“Utter Crooks - Sent their home made alcohol gel ( liquid ) not Purcell. £60 for utter untrustworthy rubbish. I will never purchase again without checking reviews. Please do not make the same mistake i did. These people do not deserve any customers. I have more respect for a street mugger as at least their intentions ( to rob you ) are utterly clear.”

“Thieves do not buy anything from this site they sent me the wrong product. Up to the week they don't write back to me how and where I should send it back and get the money back . There was no invoice or return stamp in the package!!!!!!!!!!! Scam !!!!!”
