“If I could give no stars I would placed order got conformation. 1 month later no order wasn't to bothered the way things are at the moment. A few weeks later still nothing sent several e-mails eventually got reply. I replied a full refund please,on the 16th April will nothing 6 of may now seems I'm blocked. Stay well away but a valuable lesson learned”

“Ordered hand sanitizer GEL end of March received my package yesterday May 6, and it was a liquid which smelled like rubbing alcohol. This company is a scam not consumer friendly. Products sent are not what ordered, just send you items which are not even close to what you ordered. Stay clear of this company.”

“Disgusting, disgraceful thieves. The order I placed on 10th March was supposedly being delivered on 31st March, then 10th April, then they claimed it had been lost and would refund within 14 days. Now, in May, there is no response from them whatsoever and no refund. Had I seen these reviews earlier, I never would have ordered from them. Take heed, avoid this company like the plague. They are thieves and scammers.”

“Ordered on March 3rd Paid for express shipping. they said shipped on the 11th of March. Never arrived. I cancelled. I have sent 23 emails and have revived two replies “14 days for refund” it’s now May 6th and no refund. SCAM shocking”

“Theives. Ordered something back in January, had the money taken only to be told “no longer in stock, no date for getting stock” hrmm ok, ill take a refund then. 14 business days for the refund.. seems a long time but ok. Made contact again in april as still have received no refund. “We had a processing issue and IT are working through it” sure, contacted two weeks later, same issue 🙄 its now May; GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK YOU THIEVES! I wish I’d read reviews before ordering from you as i never would have. Do not order from them!”

“This is a fraud company. i have placed an order and when they failed to deliver i cancelled. i have never got my refund back and it has been a month. after several emails they claim they have a system failure thus the delay of refund but this is fraud. i was delayed to start my medicine and had to buy it somewhere else and i still didn't get my money back DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM”

“My order never progressed past processed, even though they said it had been sent. The order progress never changed. I requested my money back. After many emails and finally threatening to contact their directors i get a reply. They said it would take 14 days. After 20 days they told me that there was an IT issue ongoing and they would let me know ASAP. After 30 days they said it is all good it is being done as per the 14 day promise. I told them it has been nearly 45 days. No answer. Dishonest and a scam site. AVOID!!”

“I would put -100 stars but unfortunately it doesn’t exist. I made an order 3 months ago, they told me that the product is not in stock and they said I will get a refund. 3 months later still haven’t received a refund and no response. The worst webshop ever!!!!”

“***Do not buy from this site.*** Ordered hand Sanitiser on the 8th of March and was told delivery would be 20th - 23rd of March. It was shipped on the 31st but then it was back in Spain on the 14th of April, according to the tracking. I can’t get anyone to reply to my emails now. As I have paid for goods that have not been received, I am entitled to a refund - of course this isn’t happening either. Buyer beware - you probably won’t get your goods and won’t get a refund either.”

“Im tired of emailing about my refund. By now your system should be working and there’s no such thing of doing refunds chronologically!!! Do you take money from people chronologically??? No! I’ve read reviews of this company online and they are really bad! I want my money right now! You guys are taking advantage of what’s happening in the world right now. Taking orders and not shipping it out...and just taking peoples money. Give me my refund it’s been almost two months. This is disgusting.”

“My order was dispatched on April 14th. Today May 3rd I haven't received my order yet. I spent over £ 100. The customer service does not answer me. When you reply it is an automatic message, give me a link that does not work, and on the Hermès website my shipped number does not exist. My order is gone. I want my money back . But I'll call my bank to cancel this operation. And if I can't resolve this with the bank, I'll go to the police here in London to report the company.”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE I ordered from this site on the 14th, I didn’t receive my parcels for so long I tried to cancel and then they sent me a email saying that it was on its way, I then waited ages again tried emailing them, No luck, I’ve just started received my parcels and they have arrived with a tire mark on the package and to my surprise the products where broken and unusable, fuming is an understatement, be aware ...”

“I purchased a Purell hand sanitizer 3/2020 then received an email that it’s out of stock so I tried to cancel it ans Right after cancelling they replied that my order is on the way. So I waited for weeks to a month my order didn’t arrive. There’s no contact number to call si I emailed multiple times - no luck. I disputed it in my bank. Beware.”
