“Absolutely a scam online store. I have just filed a complaint with PayPal !! As many unhappy customers, I have been told they are experiencing problem with payment system. In the meantime they are using my and other people money !! Avoid !!”

“Ordered a skin care and waited for 2 months until i decided to refund the money, but has not received anything yet as they claimed they have problem with payment system!!!!! Never ever in my life had such experience shopping any other websites!!!!!!”

“NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! I have been waiting for a refund for the items I never received for over 2 months now. They keep giving me different ''reasons'' why it's not refunded yet and obviously they never actually do anything about it. I will now see how I can get money back through Pay Pal and leave bad feedback everywhere on the internet so people are aware of this company who are stealing people's hard earned money.”

“They didn't told me that the item was unavailable at the time I ordered. After 2 weeks, I ask them some information about the item and they told me they weren't able to ship it as it was out of stock. I asked for a refund, but I'm waiting since September. They told me they have some problems with the payments. They also didn't reply me in the last emails! They stole my money! Don't absolutely buy from them!”

“Made an order 18/9/19 for an ankle strap. Turns out they didn’t have the product in stock and I had to wait 14 days for a refund. Over two months later and they are telling me now they are having a problem making payments. A complete scam web site. Now how to get my money back, and it’s not the money it’s the principle.”

“Don't waste your time hassling with this scam company. Immediately contact your bank and report this. I did so and my bank luckily refunded me. Also, cut the card they charged you with and get a new one, so they won't be able to steal more money from you.”

“I just recieved my parcel last week $128.00 Australian for it Mustela baby products I’m soooo soooo angry with the company they keep giving me the run around my package arrived completely damaged the products have leaked out all over the shipping box. They promised a refund and I’m still waiting for it to be refunded I’m soo angry I wish I saw these comments before buying the products from them. I’m devastated cause I used my credit card and don’t know what to do from here :-( I have not even recieved my refund that’s why I put that I paid $128 for the return.”
