“There should be a negative rating for this bunch of thieves. They take your order and money but never deliver. When you eventually enquire, they say that they were "out of stock" but will return your money in 14 working days. However, the funds are never returned - they stey are a bunch of low life criminals. Please beware: DO NOT USE THESE THUGS!!!”

“It has been 2 months and I still haven’t gotten my refund! I have wirtten to them countless of times. Everytime they tell me they will transfer back my money but never do. Never buy from them!!!!”

“If you have also been tricked by Carethy and promised a refund for your ordered items that never arrive, don't waste time. Contact Paypal straight away and escalate the process. Otherwise you'll just be strung along with endless promises of a refund that never happens and no delivery to show for the payment.”

“I ordered same thing same day from Carethy and Yummy Bazaar. the later was received from the US in 1 week, the former in 3 weeks, with signing for a 12$ item, was originally shipped from Spain, transited by the Netherlands to finally land in the US...The package was in horrendous condition and it is a miracle the glass container inside was not broken...”

“Judging by my experience I suspect this site is fraudulent. nightmare company. order arrived over a week late. only half the order. contacting carethy was a nightmare. links in their emails lead to no where. eventually emailed them. auto response told me my order number didn't exist and that i should send my details, address, name, order number etc. i had already using their online form. after so many countless emails i was told, via email, i would get refunded for the missing half. hasn't happened and i suspect i won't be refunded. nightmare. poor customer service which is almost non existent. AVOID this website Carethy.”

“SCAM ALERT: Ordered vitamin supplements. Sent e-mail asking why it was taking so long and that the status of my order was not being updated. Received reply that it was being processed. When order did not arrive on time, started checking reviews and realised that this company is fake and scamming people. Luckily, I had bought through Paypal, therefore, I sent them a complaint. I got quick response that they would inquire and offer the company time to respond. One week later, having not received a response from Carethy, I escalated the complaint with Paypal. One week later, Paypal decided to refund my money for both orders I had placed with Carethy.”

“My package never came as promised. It sat in the same place for 20 days. Working on getting a refund, but told cannot refund until there is no more tracking information. Not sure what that means exactly but I’ve been tracking it and it has not moved for 20 days. A lot of emails that say nothing in response . WARNING!!!”

“I CAN ONLY ADD TO THE LITANY OF COMPLAINTS. THIS IS CLEARLY NOT A GENUINE COMPANY. I`VE WAITED OVER 2 MONTHS FOR A REFUND FROM A PRODUCT THEY CLAIMED WAS `OUT OF STOCK` - ONLY ONCE THEY`D RECEIVED THE MONEY AND I`D ASKED WHERE MY ORDER WAS. PLEASE DON`T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE ALL HAVE!!!!!”

“If there was a Zero Star option, that would be the case for Carethy. DO NOT SHOP HERE. They are owing me regarding a refund for a product that was only partially delivered since almost 1 month ago. All I have is vague e-mails from the weak staff that works for them - generic names with no personal e-mail accounts (suspicious!), like "Mary C", "Yosmel A" - keep telling me they are sorry I didn't get my refund (aha!) and that they will be informing a financial department that possibly doesn't exist. DO NOT SHOP HERE THEY ARE A FRAUD”

“This is the worst company I've ever dealt with they take your money for something that is advertised but they don't have, nothing gets sent out the order remains on processing, they don't respond to emails and don't even have the decency to refund your money, had to go thru PayPal to get my refund,bunch of online crooks can't understand how they are allowed to operate, truly pathetic.”

“Do not whatever you do order anything from here..I ordered a product and never got it..their excuse was waiting on availability..2 months I was waiting I decided I wanted my money back..it's been 4 months now and still haven't got my refund...all full of broken promises..worst online experience ever!!”

“Total scam company. They have put this in system. They will charge you and not deliver nor refund. They will also sell your credit card to third part who will start taking your money. If you have bought stuff from them, immediately contact your bank, change your card and take action on banning them in your country.
