“Please don't buy from this website they have my money and will not refund or send goods !!! Really nasty to do this - do not answer emails either and keep sending promotional emails tho - never refunded €66.40”

“No product arrived after they claimed it was shipped. After emailing they admit it’s our of stock How does that work!!! Requested refund. Said it will take a month. It’s gone over. Apparently their systems are down. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!”

“Ordered product over a month ago and still not received. Non refund, no updates. Impossible to talk to any one at Carethy, not even live chat! Emails are not being responded to. This seems like a well organized scam to me!”

“Fraud Company Fraud Company. They do not carry most items in stock at all. Still awaiting refund from September 2019 on items they never had in stock, but lied about. Average attempts pr week to get my refund in full = 5. But they keep stalling with new excuses every week. JUST GO OUT OF BUSINESS ALREADY! Scamming Business Model. The EU should enforce its trade laws on this i d i o t business.”

“They have products listed on their website which are out of stock. I have bought few things which arrived 17 days later with couple of items missing. I have asked their CS person & she said they were out of stock & removed from the order & i should get the refund. No one has informed me anything about it. Exactly the same happened last year. It was my last time with them & I'd suggest not to waste time on this website.”

“At the time of ordering, the product was seen as their stock. A week later they informed that the product is unavailable. I asked for refund but they have never made the refund. Each time I wrote they stated that there is a problem in their system. Months have passed and there is no progress. What I understand from the previous reviews, this is their way of deceiving people. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE.”

“Oh my God carethy thief me 330 is dollars I made Twoo purchases From them twoo clippers one for 170 second for 160 I’m thinking deal with nice ppl but no carethy are scammers I don’t get my clippers and even my refund , I’m so sad 🙁”

“Hi I order ZMA 120 Capsules on 14 October after first email they promised send me items in 24-48h after second email when I asked for full refund they send me back We inform you we have received your message. “100% scam. They show product in stock and A week later after Ordering that tell you product is unavailable and when asking for a refund they give you excuses that the system is not working. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE.”
