“Carethy are criminals who steal your money! Six months after paying £53.49, my goods hadn't been delivered and I hadn't received a refund either. Carethy claimed my item was out of stock, then just ignored the TWELVE emails chasing a refund I sent then over six months. Despite claiming my product was "out of stock" they have always continued advertising it on their website. After contacting the European Consumer Centre for help, I finally got a refund of my money, over half a year later, with no interest to make up for being out of pocket for HALF A YEAR. They are liars and thieves.”

“No refund given and no discount code either. They make it impossible to reach them by pretending mismatch on email and order nr despite it is identical to the original ones. They also faked that they had the product ordered in the first place. So a big warning for this company is justified.”

“I'm very disappointed with the services received; I received my order incomplete one month and seven days after to place my order. At that moment, all the products were available. The customer services never respond to you what do you need, only stated that you can not cancel your order and that it. I want the product or the money back, and they decide to refund my money with points available for one year on their webpage. But I'll never buy anything in this place. Please do not order from carethy.”

“I have palaces an order with Carethy which couldn’t be fulfilled and got Canceled. Order number PHA-AE-1912100902522bf places on 10 th of December They sent me an email that the refund will be issued in max 14 days and since then no news from refund and no reply to emails and messages. It’s just a ripoff and very unreliable shop. Do not advise them .”

“Waited & waited for weeks for this package, which was urgent to use. Tried to contact the company, but it was impossible, the order code was not accepted in their page and NO PHONE NUMBER. They didn't inform me that it was an overseas shipping and that i had to pay customs when finally arrived. This is a very unproffesional company. Would never buy again! After reading all these reviews i'm very lucky that i received the package after almost 1 month”

“Do NOT purchase anything from Carethy, they are thieves. I ordered a product waited three weeks or longer to be told it was out of stock I asked for a refund they said they would refund me I still haven’t received my refund, it’s been 2 months. Never ever again would I purchase from them $119 down the drain.”
