“Carethy sent me a defective product, I sent them photos and they said I would get a refund. I even paid the extra few dollars because of the fake "Yoga guarantee" they give for a hassle-free experience. This has been anything but. It's been over a month now that the refund was due but when I followed up, they said they were having "technical issues". It's been weeks since then and still no refund. They are even ignoring my emails. Unfortunately they didn't have Paypal which would have been easier for me to dispute so I am now asking my bank to step in. Seriously, stay away at all costs from these scammers!!”

“PEOPLE, DO NOT BUY ON THIS SCAM WEBSITE!!!! If i could give 0 star, i would. I ordered products advertised on the webiste but later realised they were not even in stock : that's false advertising. I cancelled my order and asked for a refund It's now been 3 months and i'm still waiting for my refund. I keep emailing them about it. Now when i enter the order number on their website it says order number does not exist. But i took screen shots of everything.”

“DO NOT ORDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They told me that my product is out of stock 3 weeks after I ordered but only when I asked about when they would finally send them. I have asked them then to refund my money which they said they would. I have been waiting for 3 months now still waiting for my refund after writing them countless times.”

“I've placed on order in 29/12/19 and never received the goods! Their excused was that the parcel has been shipped with a "wrong address" which is not true! The address was always the same from the very first day. They claim now they need to receive the parcel back in order to refund me the money back. Carethy is a big fraud, they are playing or doing whatever with customers money, not serious!”

“Completely trash company. I cancelled my order 10 minutes after making it because of an address typo. Their website saya you can cancel it within 1 hour of placing the order for a full refund. Even after showing screenshots of this, their customer service refuse to refund me and ask me to send it back. The fact that it will never be delivered to me because of the wrong address (which is why I cancelled it) is lost on them. I've asked repeatedly to be transferred to management and how I can make a formal complaint. They are trash.”

“If I could give a negative rating, I would give Carethy a -1000! They have taken my money (in December 2019), and I still have not received my merchandise. Not only that....they sent me an email confirming that my shipment (only 1 item out of six) was on it's way. I have emailed them over ten times without ANY RESPONSE! They conveniently have not listed a phone number anywhere so that you can speak to an actual person. THEY SUCK AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM OR USE THEM AGAIN!”

“I fucken hate this company so bad honestly, I hope their stealing act stop why can’t we report them to google and then off the website, why can’t google get this website off from their Platform. They stole $100 NZ money and never returned it from December 2019 to February. Fraud and Fraud, Here’s my order PHA-NZ-200105161445e35. This honestly unacceptable.”

“I ordered some electric air freshers in November they were due for delivery on the 11th never came contacted carethy said they were waiting on there suppliers to get back to them I asked for a refund it's now Feb 6 2020 and still no refund communication from them is shocking... The company is a complete joke and scammers...... Please completely avoid this place they will just Rob you”

“My credit card is charged but my order is always being processed even though they should have arrived yesterday. I contacted them to cancel my order and arranged a refund but no response! This company never does what it claims. It doesn't deliver its products, it doesn't reply to queries and the phone number posted on its facebook never gets through. It charges your credit card speedily though - a scam indeed! My order number is PHA-HK-200126153444cac and it is still under their forever processing stage. Why would this company still exist? Shouldn't the owner be sent to jail for fraud??”
