“Thieves! They just take your money, and waste your time. No product delivered, no refund. After a few emails telling me my refund was being processed, they stopped responding to my emails. I made the order in September 2019. It’s now February 2020. They just steal your money”

“Wish I had seen these reviews before i purchased an item from them.... Thankfully was only $50.00... Order was "on back order", so i requested a refund.... 3 months later, contacting them every week and hearing every excuse under the sun. After reading all the reviews i will give up...”

“Carethy does seem to operate as a scam. Like all the other reviewers I too have been scammed by Carethy. I made two separate orders but have been notified that a third order has been billed and sent though I did not make that order. Like most people writing, I also have received no reply to my complaints made via email. I also posted my complaint on their Facebook page. It seems they are not bothered by the bad feedback. For those considering buying a product from Carethy please take these negative experiences to heart. Also regarding my first orders, they did not arrive anywhere even close to their projected date of arrival. I have read Carethy’s replies to reviews here on this site, they seem to just copy, paste and then ignore Remedies in order to fix their crooked operation.”

“I dont even want to give any rating to this site. Totally scammers. You order once and they keep taking money frkm your account every month and when you tell them its not the order that you have placed, they will reply with that it has been shipped now. And then place automated lrders again What a piece of pain this company is. Do not ever place order on this site.”

“I bought a kerastase product and send lots of emails and message and anybody send me my money back the product was all opened and in bad condition. Never buy to this company is a scam totally bad I still waiting for my money back”

“Received email that my order has been dispatched but more than 2 weeks later still not arrived.Gave me a tracking number that does not exist.I don't believe this company even sent it in the first place.Just a scam.”

“So I was convinced after seeing all the reviews I will not get my package. I called my credit card company right away and they told me they can only step in after 3 weeks from the date of purchase. So I waited. I was busy so I never got around to call my credit card company back. One day my package arrived, about 4 weeks past the day I ordered from carethy. I opened it, everything I bought were in the box, seemed authentic in their original package. The sticker shows it have gone through custom declarations, shipped from Netherlands. So I guess carethy is a legitimate website. The package takes a month to arrive, but other than that it’s fine to shop there.”

“I have never met such bad and unprofessional company! My item was not delivered, apparently they didn't have it on stock. No information about it after placing my order. So, I asked for refund. I waited and waited and waited... and I am still waiting.”

“Seems to have the lowest price but add on HUGE extra fees for transportation. SCAM. It did not buy anything and then I read the reviews. Am SO glad I need proceed to checkout. Not worth even one star.”

“Carethy are criminals who steal your money! Six months after paying £53.49, my goods hadn't been delivered and I hadn't received a refund either. Carethy claimed my item was out of stock, then just ignored the TWELVE emails chasing a refund I sent then over six months. Despite claiming my product was "out of stock" they have always continued advertising it on their website. After contacting the European Consumer Centre for help, I finally got a refund of my money, over half a year later, with no interest to make up for being out of pocket for HALF A YEAR. They are liars and thieves.”

“No refund given and no discount code either. They make it impossible to reach them by pretending mismatch on email and order nr despite it is identical to the original ones. They also faked that they had the product ordered in the first place. So a big warning for this company is justified.”
