“CARFAX was instrumental in helping me buy/lease my new car. I had originally thought of buying a certified used vehicle but after running the VIN through CARFAX, I found negatives about the car. At that point my husband and I decided it best to look at new vehicles. Although the used vehicle was warrantied, the CARFAX report showed accidents that had damage to vehicle and of course, it was fixed but better safe than sorry.”

“I honestly love car fax. It's a bit expensive. It in the long run it can save you a lot of money Im from fresno,ca and went down to LA to find a vehicle and a lot of people say the car is good and everything that you want to hear but I mean when you pull up the carfax it doesn't lie. Everything on there is simple and easy to read. I used all my car faxes even let me uncle use it a couple times honestly when I do go car shopping agian I will for sure purchase it agian. So I would say it is worth it. I definitely recommend getting it when you are car shopping even the my carfax ap helps you stay updated with your vehicle that you chose to purchas .”

“Was looking at a 2010 Dodge Charger SXT, with high mileage. I checked CARFAX to see why it did and if it had any other negative history. Turned out it was a fleet vehicle and also a rental for a time, but nothing else was wrong with the car. So I purchased the car at a huge savings and have not looked back since. Thank you CARFAX!”

“I used carfax for back to back reviews. There was a ford ranger that looked great and sounded great and ran great. Something told me to pull a carfax. The man told me it was his second vehicle that he had for awhile but didn't drive often yet the carfax showed he bought it a week prior at an auto auction and it had 43,000 more miles on it at the auction purchase then when he was selling a week later. The next vehicle I was really interested in was an 99 jeep grand Cherokee in great condition but only 92,000 original miles and asking price was half of what it was worth for condition and miles. I just knew it was a scam and was ready to pass but put my trust in pulling a carfax. The carfax showed every step of the history and mileage history through the years and that proved to be the true mileage. Thanks to carfax I did not miss out on this awesome deal and got my son a dependable safe vehicle that he loves! Thank you carfax for protecting my interest!!!”

“I love CARFAX it helped me find out about a car that was a Lemon. The dealer I went to refused to give me a CARFAX. I wish I could've taken a picture of his face. I no longer have the car it was junked. I will forever use CARFAX for every vehicle I go and purchase or friends purchase. I downloaded the CARFAX app to my phone. Thank You”

“I was out looking at buying a used vehicle and I checked the carfax on everyone to see how the maintenance records where great thing I did I found one vehicle that got its oil changed every 30,000 mile. I did not buy that one. I found a nice jeep with excellent records and no accidents. I'm very happy with carfax”

“After a lot of research I spotted a 2008 Miata with less than 10,000 miles. It was in incredible condition. CarFax showed well over 60,000 miles which did not seem right. Over 57,000 miles had been accumulated in less than two years. I pleaded my case and CarFax discovered an error by one of the participating dealers and made the correction. I am now a happy owner of an exceptional car. Thanks CarFax Tom Thrasher”

“I bought a 2004 Toyota Camry based on the Carfax report I viewed. The report showed that there was only one owner and he/she took the car regularly to a Toyota and had all the recommended factory service done right on time. I am thrilled with the reliability of this vehicle and will definitely use Carfax the next time I buy a used car.”

“Carfax saved me! I was going to see a car in Long Beach California with my 18-year-old son for him to purchase and though we did not end up getting the car we looked at, we drove another car, a 1996 Mazda Miata. The Miata drove very smoothly and it obviously had some very good engine work done as well as new tires; however, what the Carfax revealed was that the odometer have been rolled back by over 100,000 miles! Carfax saved us from purchasing a vehicle that was overvalued.”

“I was helping my brother look for a Lexus. We are a Toyota family. He was in the process of moving to Florida for his first adult job, and needed an adult car. He really wanted an IS250 he found. It just didn't feel right, so he asked for my assistance. The guy said it was a 2 owner, and it had never been in a wreck. FALSE! I ran the CarFax and it had actually been in 2 accidents, and he was the 4TH OWNER! I found a Lexus GS350 for the same price, and ran a Carfax on it as well. It came back clean with many available service records, and 2 previous owners. We got that one for him, and he left Texas in STYLE! Thanks CarFax!”
