Carfax doesn't give a very good picture of the vehicles history. It is basically a waste of money.

This tour is to see around the statue but there was many problems, we are left to wait too long on the afternoon heat, the speaker was too loud and aggression in his style, and the tour time was too short (only 45 min). Views are good but needs improvement in the service.

Don't invest your money on binary options, it is a big scam.. They go on ripping people of their hard earned money. I invested my life savings, i kept investing until i requested for withdrawal. My account was debited and here i am with 0$ balance. It was a tough time for me but i am glad that i came across a colleague that introduced me to a options trade funds recovery expert who goes by the name Mr Andrew Robertt when i met them i did not believe that they could get back my money fortunately they did it, feel free to contact them via their email address:andrewrobertt69@gmail.com and they will help you claim back your lost funds that was denied from you by your scam broker.

We sold my mother-in-law's vehicle to a niece a couple of years ago (my M-I-L bought it used). Our niece just traded it in and was told it was involved in a major collision, and they gave her next to nothing for it. We pulled a Carfax report and there is no mention of that on there at all. The dealer gave us a bunch of paperwork showing what they were seeing. We were very disappointed because we thought we could fight back with the Carfax report since we assumed it would show the vehicle's history was clear, as we had been previously led to believe.

I bought a car January 2017 from a local dealer who had the CARFAX report which said no issues not problems. 1 year later I'm researching insurance rates and the insurance company ask me about an accident on the car back in October 2015. There was nothing listed on CARFAX about this when I bought the car. In July 2017 a 1 1/2 years later CARFAX reports this accident!! Now I have a car that was damaged and never knew about it when buying it. CARFAX is not a reliable source of information!!

I still having a hard time getting Audi A6 model. I was trying to get the price within my price that I can afford it. Other days I went to a local mid-size independent dealership and trying to bring down the amount where I want it as $10,000 flat and out the door price. That what I want. They are keeping add-on and make excuses. I decided to call off the deal it not work out on my side. So I walk away empty Audi A6. I have currently 2004 Audi A4. I am still keeping it. I just want at least 2010 and newer. I wish to see free carfax of they list of a vehicle. I instead have light color inside and outside on car. Moreover, power seats, leather seats as well.

Vehicle: 2013 Porsche Panamera Background: "Lost" in transition from LA, CA to Tucson, AZ Overview: Quick to sell Concerns: CarMax inspection failed to ID cracked windshield, proper oil level, memory settings failed, 5yr / 30k mileage required added $750 filters. Buyer to split $420 repaint rear panel given several scratches CarMax covered over. Summation: CarMax does not deal in high-end vehicles to the degree required to assure the buyer confidence said vehicle is free of "concerns." CarMax's specifications are stated in this case clearly do not equate to high-end maintenance (in part due to certification of mechanics and lack of specific tools). Rushed experience! Good news / bad news. Recommendation: Do not purchase vehicle that was "lost" in transit without a through understanding in writing, and do not take possession after dark!! Takeaway: Sales does not deal with purchaser after sale. Service is suspect as to follow-up. Had to make appointment with Porsche dealership as the CarMax service person left a message as opposed to calling AGAIN to support the NEW CUSTOMER. Said service agent's responses were not credible. General Manager responded to "returning said vehicle." Upon meeting NEW CUSTOMER stated "What is going on?" Really -- that is it! After numerous calls and two appointments with Service!

Paid for Car Fax, never got the report, yet it showed used and couldn't get anyone to answer emails, Twitter yelp etc... to receive immediate help. Had to open a case on Paypal for refund to get it resolved. Toll free number would help, if something goes wrong you don't have weeks to wait to get it resolved by then the deal is over.

This is not fool-proof. The report said that the truck I was looking at had not been in an accident, that does not mean that there wasn't damage. After I purchased the truck I found out that the front fender had been replaced and painted, the hood and tail gate were re-painted. I am a laymen and I could not tell. Even though the work was done well (not great) the truck had been in an accident or such. The moral of the story is... bring the vehicle to a high end body repair for an inspection, the report might not be 100% accurate!

Carfax did not list any accidents but when I had the car inspected before purchase, I found out it had been in an accident. The owner confirmed she had hit a deer.

Besides you raising your prices too ridiculous level. I recently learned that the carfax report I pulled for a vehicle I purchased over a year ago now has an accident history on it well over a year later after it occurred.

I WENT TO WASHINGTON STATE 1100 MILES AND FOUND THAT THIS VEHICLE HAD A BAD ACCIDENT AND WHAT YOU REPORT IS AN ACCIDENT BUT EVALUATION OF HOW BAD THAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE, THE REAR AXEL HOUSING HAD TO BE REPLACED AND THE BED AND THE TRUCK SHOWED ONLY A COUPLE THOUSAND MILES FROM NEVADA TO WASHINGTON FOR 8 YEARS OF USE AND AS I HAVE ALWAYS SAID YOUR REPORTS ARE ONLY AS GOOD AS THE LITTLE INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE SO YOUR REPORTS ARE REALLY USELESS!!! IF I HAD KNOWN HOW BAD THE ACCIDENT HAD BEEN I WOULDN'T HAVE TRAVELED 2200 MILES TO PURCHASE THIS VEHICLE. PLUS THE SELLER WAS AN ABSOLUT LIAR !!!! STEVEN B COY

I bought an expensive Lexus car based on a clean Carfax report. Six months later the report was altered by Carfax saying it had been damaged five months prior to us buying the car. When we inquired, Carfax took a long time responding and when they did, they said they have no control over such reporting. Thousands of folks are relying on Carfax reports yet Carfax denies accountability.

Purchased a 2014 Ram Power Wagon fully loaded as a demo with low miles. I would have been happy, considering I purchased a Carfax to provide reassurance of the trucks history, yet it was not an accurate and up to date report, even after my purchase of the truck. My disappointment is with Carfax and will be seeing if they honor their Buy back.

Used car-fax and appreciated that it indicated the vehicle which I was planning to purchase had no odometer issues. Immediately after purchase I realized the odometer in my vehicle in fact did not work. The reported mileage was one of the most important factors informing my decision to purchase. If I had not used Car-fax I suspect I would have been more thorough vetting the vehicle. I was lulled into a sense of comfort and trust by Car-fax that did not serve me well.
