“The car fax report itself was good and informative. However I did have difficulty logging in and I was in the middle of trying to make a deal on a used vehicle out of town. I couldn’t find a number to speak with an actual human being to get some assistance until after I was billed for the Carfax report. I didn’t buy the vehicle because the report didn’t come in until after I’d headed home.”
