“Frustrated - ordered on line - never got the email with the report. Went back to the interface and noticed that it charged me for the 5 report package - which I didn't need. Wrote customer service to get the charge waived and have not rec'd any type of reply or response.”

“Pretty sure the price went up quite a bit. Too expensive for the amount of information provided. It's easy for people to hide things from carfax. I guess it's just good for peace of mind. But doesn't mean much in the long run. $45 is too much money.”

“Your CARFAX was WRONG- the vehicle WAS NOT a total loss- it was insurance claim paid. This fact can be proven through the state of Wisconsin DMV. Your misleading FAX is making this car worthless. I think you should correct your FAX, and pay me for the damages your WRONG FAX is causing me.”

“Would have been perfect if the last owner before us had been listed and shown that the diesel had been modified (a no-no for longevity) with a chip etc. We definitely would have thought twice about the purchase, had we known.”
