“I tried Carfax with a special offer a year ago, then was charged more. Had to call and have it cleared up to get the offer. Not quite a bait and switch but close. In this age your service seems , carafax is offering minimal info. You probably need to up your game.I buy cars off Copart"Auto Check" is doing the same product. You seem no better. People use to think Carfax meant some security, sellers have figured out how to get around a Carfax. Unless you can figure out how to give more, I'm think you guys are going to fade away. I'm an old boomer, and I don't mean to sound cranky. I have a business and would rather hear an honest opinion, than just gratuitous " at a boy". Hope to see you guys on the flip side of Covid.”

“Unacceptable - I ran it on my Aston Martin DB9 - it wouldn’t allow the upgrades - even though they were listed and checked on the form. Then I contacted you and got the WORST customer service rep because I had requested a refund - OMG the tone of the email and her lack of even trying to understand the issues I encountered - unbelievable. I have used u many times and not had an issue - but this was the worst experience EVER. Thank you.”
